The gas pump failed cost me 100$ and the only thing they could respond with was unprofessional behavior and threats I would not recommend ever giving this establishment your business, the manager mitch was rude to me and I will never be caught dead at this business again

I am getting really tired of that assistant there not only not taking showers, but also being rude to certain customers and talking gossip with others! She is always talking about how cozy the manager and the night girl are ( I mean they are) but she shouldn't be talking about it as an assistant manager especially!!!!!! I am sick of being treated badly by her one day then to have her gossip to me the next. I don't want to hear it maybe she should take it to corporate if it bothers her that much! Thanks for keeping Michelle there since my favorite person in the day is no longer there.

It was so much better when the previous manager was there. I have an issue when the scratch offs are not filled but the manager has an excuse for everything. If it wasn't for the few employees that do provide good service, my son and I would go to the Signal station where they have a better choice of scratch offs anyway. I have called the office in Springfield 3 times since Judy became the manager. I don't like excuses, and I don't like seeing cashiers working as fast as they can while Judy plays with papers. You're salaried, help your employees and make your CUSTOMERS happy!

I am only giving you a 3 because you do have one employee that is kind and helpful, but your manager is another story! The manager at your store her name is Judy either has way too much on her plate or can't handle the job, she always seems stressed about something mostly her paperwork since she only seems to interact with customers she knows. There have been times on more than one occasion when I have been in the store where the other cashier which is typically my favorite and the one I mentioned that brought your score up and her name is Barbara, but I've watched her ask the manager for help when her line gets extremely long and the manager is sometimes doing paperwork and sometimes playing on her phone, but almost every time she snaps and says can't you see I'm busy or she grunts and says she's busy. I always feel so bad for Barbara, but she doesn't skip a beat she just keep going with a smile on her face. Then IF Judy decides to help she says in a snappy or hateful voice "If you're not doing lottery I'll just help you over here" with an audible sigh or grunt. I've noticed whether people are getting lottery or not they would rather wait in line than to go over after that, myself included. I mean at least with Barbara we know we will get treated with respect and with a smile! Which is what I always thought was what customer service stood for to give the customer service so it blows my mind that the manager will hardly ever take customers well that is unless she knows you and you are special then she will call you over even if you're at the end of the line.

Always the cheapest gas in the Springfield-Branson area! Cheaper than even Sam’s Club. It’s Conoco, too, so good Top Tier gas! The only downside is their gas price sign is not really visible from the freeway so you can’t really check the price before pulling in, but for the entire past year, I’ve never seen another station in the entire region be less expensive than they are. Easy on-off to 65, too.

But I have found at most of Rapid Roberts locations you can't get 20.00 cash back when you purchase at the register. Had to use the atm which charged me 3.00. Any gas station at this exit would have allowed me 20.00 cash back. Come on Rapid Roberts???

Lady at the register told me she didn't have change for a $5 bill when I just made a purchase. I will now be going to the kum and go across the street. I've never had great service at Rapid Roberts. They are always rude!
