I visit this store pretty much every morning on the way to work. Their hot food is good. They used to have great Country Ham Biscuits, but they did not sell to well in this area... The Sausage Biscuits now are very good and they keep them Hot and Fresh. The store as with their restroom facilities are very well maintained. The Staff is friendly and easy to work with.

The problem I have with this place is the car wash. The “Best Wash” is supposed to include an undercarriage wash and it never functions properly. Half the time it turns on, then stops before you’ve driven 1/3 of the way over it, the rest of the time it just doesn’t work at all. I’m pretty sure they also recently raised their prices $2 per wash, which is a ridiculous price increase for a car wash that doesn’t function as it should. I just waited 45 minutes in line to get my truck washed, only for it to malfunction.

MGMT is incompetent, not to be relied upon when resolving customer issues. For the second time this year after I pre-paid for gasoline, an employee failed to set the pump to auto stop. Once realized, the store expects you to be responsible for their error. Not only that, I was refused service to purchase other merchandise. Last I counted, companies accept responsibility for providing sub-par service. I will not be returning to this location. It's not like I don't have the money to pay, it's the principal of the matter!

Congratulations on selling fountain soda the dumbest way possible. Keeping the cups behind the counter so the cashier has to touch every cup, lid, and straw after handling multiple cash transactions. You are more likely spreading covid-19 doing it this way. You are so dumb. Put the cup back in the dispensers so only the customer purchasing the soda touches the cup.

They always short a penny... My son and I frequently stop by to treat ourselves to a fountain soda and I'll pick up a PowerBall ticket. The total always comes to $2.99 and no matter which employee rings us out, they say "Three dollars" and do not give the penny back in change. I don't really need or care about the penny, but when they don't even ask, it feels deceitful. This must be a policy because it happens every single time no matter which employee is ringing us out. I wonder how they would feel if every customer shorted them a penny. Again, it is just a penny, but the principle of it is just wrong. At least ask if I want the penny or not. Chances are I'd say, keep the change, but it is MY change to decide what I want to do with it.

The experience here this evening was TERRIBLE. The manager was rude. Two trainees were behind the counter while the manager sat there and did nothing. Never have we had an issue with paying cash inside at any hour but this evening they would not authorize for us to get gas before we came in to prepay. No where is it listed on there pump that you have to prepay after 10p. They trainee was very respectful.

We use the gas station and convenience store often. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It's always clean and organized. The free air pump is a great extra convenience!
