St Charles gasoline prices are cheaper compared to Wentzville Sam's club prices, so yeah better to drive and save a little green 😀

One of the primary reasons I became a Sam's Plus member was to get the free car washes on the 1st and 15th of the month. That hasn't worked out very well as the car wash has been closed/"broken" 90 percent of the time over the past 6 months. When I brought this to the attention of a manager I was offered a refund for the cost of my membership, but with the caveat that I would lose the couple hundreds of dollars accumulated in Sam's Cash. Yeah, no thanks. At this point I'm tired of the excuses as to why the car wash is always closed. Figure it out. Find a way to keep it operational. It's a benefit you use to lure customers into signing up for the more expensive Sam's Plus, so at this point nothing management can say other than "It will always be operational" will be acceptable. Add the fact that Costco offers "top-tier" fuel (Sam's isn't) is really making me think I'll be switching my memberships. Sad really, but post-covid most businesses seem to think excuses are a valid way to conduct themselves. It isn't!

Got ⛽️, went to wash car. Had difficulty and a very nice man who was with gas came over and helped me. Made my heart happy

The usual Sam's gas station. Often the best price for gas in a given area. I would find it very helpful, especially during the hour the Sam's stations are usually open after the store closes, if they had a public restroom available at or near the station.

Don't bother trying to use their stupid app! The screens are all set up so the qr scanner doesn't work. I don't carry the physical card because I had been using the app, wasted 15 minutes sitting in 2 different lines trying to find a usable pump and still ended up having to go elsewhere.

We always get our gas at this gas station. Paying a premium to be a Sam's club member is almost worth using the gas station alone. But we also get great prices when we go in the store. Or expect you anyway.

Getting gas is difficult because the lines wrap multiple aisles into the parking lot, going the wrong direction, and take a long time to get through. Poor set up in the parking lot space.

Although almost always busy,this is one of the few Sam's gas stations that was built to maintain order when pulling in and out. Rare to see someone driving the wrong way. Place/stalls are typically clean (for a gas station) with little gas on the ground. Prices are among the best in the metro.

Great gas prices. Lines could have moved faster but all the pumps were not working. The attendant was on the phone and a customer needed help and she did not acknowledge him while she was on the phone nor when she got off the phone. Another customer went to get the attendant and he waited and brought her over to the pump to see if she could get the pump started. Long story short as a Sam's employee just be more attentive and acknowledge the customers and let us know that you are willing to assist us. After all we are spending our money to keep the economy running in this rough pandemic.
