trailer was very dirty. had an oil film over most of the trailer. Seems they have no way of cleaning on site. Before you hook up make sure it's clean.

I had arranged an after hours pickup from this location days in advance using Uhaul 24/7. I even stopped by and told them about it. When I went to pick up the truck they’d forgotten to leave keys in the drop box. Had to go crosstown to another dealer to get a truck.

Need to tune up your trucks asap. Each time after customers return, test drive the vehicles yourself. Dont always take the customers word. but overall great company

This location had the inventory I was seeking, 10 moving boxes. It's a tiny office and the two girls working there were friendly but horrible customer service. WATCH OUT 😧 The parking is very limited three or four spaces, however there's a terrible INCLINE parking towards the building which will damage your car's front fender! They have no warning signs or even care to acknowledge or apologize for their poor parking set up to their office.👎 When I told them what happened upon parking and how my car was damaged they pretended to know nothing, and yet by looking at the cement parking pillars - there is history of car damage 😠

Thomas was great! The best experience renting. He was accommodating when I got detained and wasnt available to pick up the vehicle immediately and never seemed irritated or frustrated. Would totally recommend.
