They have such complicated methods of invoicing. My initial conversation was followed by an email which stated what my charge was which totalled to about $200.00 plus whatever mileage. Then, I needed a 1 day extension which they gave me 2 at $19.95 per day. I was charged over $600 when I brought their cargo van back early. The manager on site claimed that it was on me because I believed the agreements according to the phone call conversations with reps. However, the managers couldn't figure out what was going on and it took weeks for their regional manager to contact me back. No one else in corporate office could help then I was brushed off and told that there was nothing else they could do. Only gave one star on revue bc there's no 0 option!!!!
