Michael's is a nice store for craft projects and sewing only really. They didn't have the stuff like online had. Overall it's a nice store but if you are expecting hobby lobby type atmosphere you'd best go to hobby lobby. For what it is Michael's is a nice store and not wall to wall customers.

Expensive. All of their sale signs are misleading--they make you think certain items are on sale, when they are NOT. The cashier was very nice and sweet, but there was only one.. so we stood in line 15-20 mins. I will not be shopping there again

I took in a special to me frame (my son made it for me), and the framing center was able to get glass and a mat for it for a fantastic price! The whole piece was gorgeous by the time they were done! I could not possibly be happier with the service provided, and the great price. They have tons of crafting and art supplies for good prices, as well.

Nice place, well organized and stocked. Employees are quite kind and helpful. They all love my pupper too. Lots of times I'm not treated so well having an American Pitbull Terrier as a service dog. They didn't seem to mind. 💜

Wide variety of items to do crafting and home decorating. Always have terrific seasonal items that practically take over the store. You have to be here at Halloween! It's easy to get lost here--go down the proverbial rabbit hole--when you enter, because you may be thinking floral, then see the wood section, the yarn section, the sticker row...🤪 You can order online and pick up in store or at the curb (no in-store rabbit holes here!) Definitely come here for your crafting needs though--rabbit holes aren't necessarily bad. They can lead to magnificence!

We saved so much money and the employee at the register was so sweet and in such a pleasant mood. She softly sang a patriotic song as we were buying decorations for Memorial Day and in celebration of summer. It made me smile so much for the rest of the day.

Staff stalked my friend and I and even stood in the way so that we couldn’t get through aisles. Curtly asked what we were looking for and made us feel like we were doing something wrong. We couldn’t even finish shopping it was so extreme. One checkout lady and line took forever. Other employees should have helped there instead of stalking customers. I spent close to $100 at your store despite your employees being so brazen. Because you have the best glitter selection. Thank you for your time.

The selection was fine but not at all organized and a cashier was rude to me when I was checking out. I decided to cancel my purchase there and went to Hobby Lobby and was able to get what I was looking for at half the price. Today was not a great experience at Michael's. I am leaving two stars because there was some selection to choose from but that is all the good I can say about it.
