I was just reading through some of the negative reviews and I just had to say something because I have had nothing but outstanding service from this store, especially the manager. The person who left the review below referring to the mgr as "she" is obviously not talking about the right person bc the mgr is a guy (Jason?) and he is awesome. He's helped me activate new and used devices several times and always got it done even when other people couldn't figure it out. The man knows what he's doing which is why I go there. He also has replaced my tablet for free before after I broke the charging port and didn't have any money. (Thanks again, you're the best!!)

I paid for 2 phones an services for same price as regular price and they tried to say that I have 12 months for it to be unlocked. Scam. All boost mobile phones are locked!!!

Jason was the best salesperson ever. I brought a phone then the next week I bought my mother a new phone. The knowledge and kindness he had on being a damn good customer service rep was exquisitely done. Please don't get rid of a good person. I be back to see him next week.

Ruined My Device because of their recommendation to buy a Storage card and That why on WiFi . 🍎 I Phone Replaced . Now GOOGLE AND FACEBOOK TRASHED MY PHONE USERNAME _ PASSWORD THEY WONT EXCEPT AND BURNED MY DEVICE. I KNOW - THEY KNOW WHAT THEY DID. The manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. I went in there and handed my phone to one of the employees and asked him if he had a sim card for my phone. He went on his computer and said yes, your phone is compatible with the boost and I had a sim card. Told him are you sure, he said yes yes. He sold me a sim card and called customer service twice, they told me neither the phone nor the sim card are compatible with boost. I called the store and told them what the customer service had told me, the manager told me the customer service don't know what they are doing, I told her can I come there and you activate my phone I will pay you for your service. She falsely accused me of yelling at her employee and said we cant refund you the money and I will not activate your phone. I was refunded the $11 I paid for the card, but that's not what I wanted, I wanted my phone to work.

Fast service for only one guy in store. Had me and 3 other people out the door with new phones and my google on new phone in less than 30 minutes.

Emani was able to activate the phone in less than 10 minutes. I spent almost 2 hours with customer service and tech support and they could not get it going. Great job.

Good store, fast service. Employees very nice and knowledgeable. Would of been 5 stars but the parking is horrible over there and is paid parking only. Meter maid was handing out citations on cars like candy! Pay your meter!
