One of the safe neighborhoods QT's. Clean store, hardly ever people milling around asking for cash or anything like that. Helpful workers, security always on site & attentive. Very close to south patrol, city police station.

Three meat pizza slice was ok but couldn't find the 3rd meat, was dry and had 3 pepperoni on it barely any cheese. The brisket taco I was expecting more than half the taco having meat, so much for expectations. 9 bucks for a slice and half a taco. St. John, MO Quick Trip

We stopped for an ice cream cone. We had to go to two Quick Trips to find one, but we got one here. Kitchen staff efficient and helpful.

Why is every time the bathroom smells like they just dip the mop in pee water and use it on the floor prices on a sandwich is constantly go up and they get smaller lol

Dirty and I would say the worst QT I have ever been in. The 2 stars are for the nice person that waited on me. Looks like a poor management problem.

The cashier tried to keep my Driver's License and tried to say it wasn't mine! Like newsflash, people don't always look the same as they did 4 years ago. I'm disabled and find it extremely hard to get to a gas station in the first place, why would treat customers this way?

I ordered from this qt kitchen today. A large twister and a pretzel. The pretzel itself was fine. But i ordered two sides of cheese sauce. I received one and some kind of garlic sauce that's not even in a similar looking container. And it was open and leaking in the bag. My twister had a broken lid which i thought was no big deal. Until i found pieces of plastic mixed in my ice cream. The person behind the counter obviously didn't want to be there and was dragging their feet. And finally the same person wasn't wearing their mask properly. It was only covering their mouth. And they are serving and preparing food. Just go to the other location on kingshighway. Its much nicer and the staff actually care.

The lady working the kitchen here today obviously doesn't want to be here. She just slapped down a cup full of room temp milk in front of me and hollered "FRAPPE!" in my face. Unbothered yet, I asked her kindly to remake it because there was no ice, blender or coffee involved in the making (which is quite usual). Anyways, she snatched the concoction off the counter, rolled her eyes, gave me a dirty look and turned her back. So I said, "You know what? Don't worry about it. Just take the day off. Lie if you got to. Just don't come to work on a bad day". Then came outside to write this review.

I’ll quick trips are busy. But the checkers here are not as fast as another quick trips. They always have enough food and options stocked. But they ran out of donuts halfway through the day. We’ve definitely been inside at the quick trip when it was being robbed. And everyone act very levelheaded. One associate went to call the police and chase them and down. The other one acted like nothing was happening and checked us out so we could go out and on our way.

Clean and fast, sometimes its excellent, sometimes its bad. The QT kitchen gets my order right about 50% of the time: they either give me the wrong flavor pretzel, or make it wrong (too much or too little topping, or undercooked, and I'm not picky about how my food is made). The service is either average or terrible. When it's bad its because they are too busy talking to each other to even greet me or talk to me. Trying talking to the customers??? You can talk to your coworkers any other time of the day... I just don't understand how good customer service is so hard for employees these days. I give out EXCELLENT customer service at my job. Its not hard.
