The food was tasty and the workers were very friendly, but they were out of kid's meal toys and there's a big leak in the roof in the middle of the dining room!

Drive thru service is terrible and slow. Waited over 20 minutes in line when only 3 cars ahead of me. Then got to the window & they didn’t give me my drink. Brought this up & she wanted to see my receipt on my bag that she just handed to me. They didn’t ring it up & I was very clear that I asked for a drink with my meal with the size & flavor request & then a shake with specific size was then requested in addition to the drink that comes with the meal. Asked again for the large & said a Pepsi or coke whichever they have. She says”Ma’am we don’t have Pepsi here. Ok give me the large coke like I asked!” I’m thinking ring me up or give it…Do something! I was late to where I was headed. No wonder everything was taking so long…They don’t listen. I was willing to pay for it, but it was like pulling teeth to get her to do it!

The young man that took our order was slow and extremely rude. Our sandwiches were so sloppy that we couldn't eat the bottom half. But the rudeness of the man at the counter was inexcusable. We were at the store in Washington Missouri

Burger King is always good. Staff was very polite and helpful. Just wish we had one closer then 40 miles. The only time we get them is when we go to the Dr. In Washington. I always get enough. For a couple of days.

literally the rudest employees i’ve encountered ever. I’ve gone here on my lunch breaks from work and it’s been the same lady, but she has sat and yelled at us and had an attitude when we have 2 separate orders because the “lobby is open and it’s easier for us”. We’ve been the only car in the drive-thru. It’s been several occasions. Ordered the Monster Breakfast Burrito and they didn’t put the hash browns in and gave me a very small one. When they don’t understand you through the speaker, they will have an attitude with you like it’s your fault. Foods good but customer service is the worst.

Unlike the double arches across the street that has never gotten one of the orders placed correct, Burger King does and compared to the other place, the food should be Michelin rated.
