I have had two life long pets and one newer pet, and 3 fosters, all dogs. Everytime I come in there they make me an appointment, and strive to get me in sooner with any cancelations. They also call and check in on my dogs when they are having issues that require medication. Sometimes the exams with blood work and x-rays run a bit high for my budget, but they understand how limited a disabled vets income can be. With my Sugar, they did everything they could and recommended since there wasn't alot of pain, for my dog to go home and pass in a friendly comfortable environment. She passed two day later. With my other baby, Juliet, who needed work done in Columbia, they gave me everything they had at thier disposal to help her quality of life since my appointment with Columbia had to be made so far out. She will not last untill then, and I feel as though they sympathize with me completely. Both the dogs were over 11 years old, and both will always be my babies. The staff really does all they can and also offer cremation so you can have them with you after they cross the rainbow bridge. The doctors are very knowledgeable I will not take my dogs anywhere else and I appreciate everything they do for me and my babies. I have been to other vets and treated like just a wallet. My Juliet has started to suffer the past few days and the meds do not seem to be working anymore. I need to end her suffering and its breaking my soul apart, but I know they will help me through it. Thank you cross creek, and if you have to schedule for Columbia, they do not take care credit and have no room to book you less then a month out, so keep that in mind. God bless you all at cross creek.

Hands down the best vet clinic I’ve ever taken my dogs to and the only one I’d be comfortable leaving my pet at. The girls are so nice and welcoming and you can tell how much they truly love the animals. They go above and beyond. The prices of everything from my experience have been wonderful.

They were great with our big puppy and our tiny kitten! Our puppy is very big but skittish - they handled him no problem. They were able to help our kitten recover from some respiratory and digestive issues too. The staff is friendly too - they even made sure the vending machine would work correctly for my son!

Very professional and friendly staff. We will be taking our very large pet pack to them now that our family vet has retired.

The receptionists, vet techs, and veterinarians here are all wonderful. They are always so patient and loving with our pup, who can be a bit stubborn at times. Whenever he is uncomfortable or anxious, they always proceed in whatever manner will best suit him and his well-being. He basks in all the attention he gets when we go in, and it makes us feel better, even when we aren't there for the most ideal circumstances. Voicemails and emails are always answered promptly, with all the information I inquired about. Most recently, I had to bring my 8 year old guinea pig in for euthanasia, and everyone was incredibly sympathetic and understanding, and expressed their condolences. We could not ask for a better vet's office so close to our home. Highly recommend.

I brought my dog here when she got hit by a truck because they were the nearest vet that opened first. When our vet opened we requested all x rays and files to be sent to our vet, almost 2 weeks later and our dr still doesn't have those records, so we were essentially manipulated into keeping our dog in their network when we decided to save her leg instead of amputating and had to take our dog up to R Vet at the Lake. Now The Lake called us to see how our dog was doing and said she needs a splint now to try to slow her down so she can heal since it's only been 9 days since her surgery and shes trying to walk and play, I called Cross Creek since they're closer to my house to explain whats going on and ask about making an appointment to splint and they said since she had surgery that she needs nothing else. Their blatant refusal to do anything on our behalf has basically cemented that we're never coming back to them for any of our follow up appointments even though all the care has already been paid for, I'll keep driving up to Osage Beach for people who actually listen. 2 stars for being nice and taking her before you even opened.

I’m too mad to even write a full review about my experience right now. But don’t take your animals here if you can help it, especially if your animals have special needs like fear aggression. They responded to this comment acting like they did the right thing, but their lack of willingness to work with my dog that has fear aggression and want for me to come in to waste more money that isn’t necessary, that’s not the only problem I’ve had with them. They’ve lost my pet’s records multiple times, completely forgot to ensure we had the necessary immunizations after adoption, and will do anything to get more money.
