This was my first visit, I moved to the area and have been very persistent on finding a new vet that would take the time to not only know our pets but us as pet parents too. The entire staff from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left were absolutely amazing. They called my pets by their names and got to know them. The staff made sure I understood my bill and what was needed. Dr. Nick was attentive and caring when I had to explain all the mishaps in the past, and the care I was looking for with all 3 of my pets. I'm definitely looking forward to bringing my babies here from now on!

As a new patient/client coming to the clinic with a "turning-point" event, I was hopeful. My expectations for professional and compassionate care for our 14 year-old dog were exceeded. I was given a same-day appointment. [Our "usual" go-to clinic was not able to accept us on this day.] Our dog was handled with sensitivity and gentleness---his age noted and respected. I was treated professionally and as if I was competent to partner in the recommended treatment options--which were offered as details concerning the situation came together. The business side of this event was more than reasonable, with an estimated out-of-pocket, detailed plan calculated for future intervention. Solid GOLD five-stars.

The staff was very friendly and explained everything to me during our last minute appointment. My pet was not anxious there at all. The location is easy to get to and very clean. The only downfall is they are a little on the pricey side. I would go to them again when my Vet Clinic is unavailable.

Skye and I have been going to Heartland for 9 years. We see Dr Andrew. Skye is the love of my life and a gift from God. Skyegirl is 14. I have posted reviews of praise for Heartland in the past, but new to this site. Skye has had a growth and Dr Andrew removed it in the way I had ask him to. I know from soul, God was working thru Skye's Dr. Skye loves and trusts and feels totally safe with her Dr and all staff! We love them all! May God bless them all! Love, Sheri&Skye

I had called Monday to see if they would be able to get my pup in fast as he had a pretty bad ear infection, the staff I talked to on the phone was very professional and helpful with all my questions and was able to provide me with an appointment that Wednesday. When I showed up 15 minutes early to my appointed time they promptly took him in and had everything ready. My dog Courage is a big dog but a very loving one and the staff was all very polite to him and myself. All in all it was a very positive experience for Courage and myself. I would recommend them any day and hope that they understand I am extremely appreciative of what they did and how fast they did it. Thank you all!

They got me in right away when others were to busy they saved my cats life because it was an emergency! The vet was very nice and explained everything in detail. Called me to let me know how he was doing as promised. And very clean. Great place

Quick procedure, great care, and clear instructions for our 5mo old kitten’s neuter. We could tell as the staff relayed information that they really got to know our kitten and his personality during his time there!

The staff here is incredible! We have a rescue dog who is extremely anxious and they’re wonderful with him. We previously went to Ralston Vet, but when we moved we wanted one just a tiny bit closer and we are so happy we went with Heartland Pet Hospital. Also, I like feeling like our vet actually remembers our pets, and any time I go in or call, Heartland Bellevue does! Our main vet is Dr. Hellbusch and we love him, but from our experience they’re all great. If you’re looking for a new vet, this is the place.

Belle and I had a great visit at HPH. She was terrified but soon settled down. As an owner of four dogs and one cat, I visit HPH often. The vets are great and so is the support staff. This hospital cares about its patients and pet moms.
