There was a misunderstanding by me and the house of muffler's. They instantly right at closing time, pulled my truck into their bay and acomadated my very needs at that time. They didn't have to do that but they did. They showed lot's of class. Hard working honest employees. I would definitely recommend them again. The gentleman that helped me name was Dave, and the older fella I can't remember his name but he helped every bit as well. Service: Exhaust

No BS kind of place, I called and asked if they did aftermarket exhaust and he said I could swing by and see what my options are, went with just a straight pipe and its sounds a heck of a lot better on my Subaru, I had to wait for about an hour for a manager to show up which was about the only downside but the tech hung out with me and we talked while we waited, said he has 45 years experience and it shows, once the manager showed up and OKd my car he had it done in 45 minutes same day, they also did a full inspection, said I needed a few more things but I declined the services and they did not pressure me into something I could not afford at the moment, definitely not a bad place. My muffler rusted off from the pipe. They were able to get my car in, welded a coupler on it and sent me on my way. Awesome job.

I have been a customer here since 2019. An employee named Justin Craig was always so great and attentive to all of his customers (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️). Since November of 2021 I have now been working with other staff members. Twice now I have been overcharged and had services attached onto my car without any notice. Had I not argued, known the fees, and the parts I don’t think they would’ve informed their customer. Please be careful, double check your charges before payment, and keep receipts. Initially called to get mufflers installed. Guy told me they could do it and they carried what I wanted, but he was having issues with his ordering system. Said I could probably save money ordering myself. Quoted me an hour and a half to 2 hours. Get to the shop and he isn't there. The operations person says he's not sure if they can do it. Walk next door to eat while they check it out. Calls me and says it will be difficult but they can do it. At least 3 hours. Double the cost. If course he knows I've already bought the parts. Best experience with an auto shop ever. Very honest and fixed my exhaust system far below any other quotes I received. They even knew that I expected to pay a lot and that didn’t matter, they still fixed it way below what I expected. They also got it done in 3 hours. Will never go anywhere else again.
