I went into the shop yesterday and the dude there asked what he could do for me. I said I was looking for a cola flavored juice. He said "for....?" in a very rude tone. When I clarified cola ejuice he said he didn't have any. I asked if he had anything similar and he said "nope". And that was that. No suggestions of anything else. No other questions. Just super rude and super unhelpful. First and last time I'll ever go there.

Awesome independent vape shop! Wandered in and asked about flavors, told him what I liked, and he recommended a custom blend of house flavors that one of their regulars gets. It's pretty good, and at a very competitive price .

Great selection and good tanks to sample flavor from, not those cheapie pen style ones that deliver zero flavor. Their prices were excellent on house blends and they do offer a military discount. The mod and premium juice selection were pretty good as well. There's also a small "lounge" area to kick back and chat.

The customer service was not the best I've ever experienced, nor was it the worst. The two separate associates I dealt with on the two occasions I've been there were not rude, they simply had an attitude of indifference. I'm going to have to replace the vaper I bought there, the Smok Novo. It does not work very well. Dragging from it is too hard, either I don't get a hint of the vape at all or I end up getting the liquid in my mouth and it burns my tongue. I'll probably be going to a different vape store for my next vaping device. Also, the replacement pods for the vape cost a few dollars more there than at other places.

I have never had such down to earth people assist me in picking out juices and mods. They try to help exactly what you need, not extra, not pushy, just helpful. John, Brandon, and Jimmy are awesome, good honest working men who are more helpful than they care to admit.

Jimmy is family so I am somewhat biased but John and Brandon are just as honest and friendly as my own cousin. The whole company has a family vibe and I think that most people who go there frequently would agree. I wish for the best of them!

Brandon and Jon are awesome and incredibly helpful guys. The shop is laid out very well and they have a good selection of both hardware and juice. If you don't see something you want, they can order just about whatever you want.
