I stayed at the Holiday Inn with 13 employees, and was treated the worst way possible. Not only did my employees feel belittled, but the "Manager" Matt was rude, disrespectful, and racist. I came in for a sprite that was paid off already, and Matt took it back and said I suggest you leave. When I asked to speak to a manager he said I am the manager so deal with it. I don't even know what we did wrong. He was simply rude, and coming from a corporate perspective there should never be a "manager" in charge with NO customer service. I wish the owner of this business takes these reviews seriously, as I have noticed I am not the only one complaining about the "Manager". I will deffinitly never come back or even use the pumps outside, and i will make sure non of my emoyees go back neither. If I could leave a Negative Ten I would. Matt you suck as a human being!

Went in yesterday around 6ish signs everywhere states no refilling of cups due to cdc but yet the lady who works there as she was ending her shift dumps her cup out and refills it as she is walking around barefoot with her shoes under her arm then my kids an i stood in line waiting to pay for our drinks the guy not once acknowledged we were there he kept messing with scratch tickets for these other 2 who were just jacking around pretty shity service we ended up leaving empty handed and still not being acknowledged the guy behind us left right with us nice employess you got working there 2 customers lost.in one shot

I was there and just left when they had a shop lifter who has been in every night. I had called it in and even found the suspected vehicle but after talking to police find out the merchant doesn’t want to press charges. I’m not impressed at all just let someone steal anything especially if it is alcohol and get drunk and then drive and then someone gets hurt badly or even killed by this person and then someone like me tries to be a Good Samaritan and do my duty. Well I’m sorry no more and let’s not mention the bathrooms r nasty. The clerks show the attitude of not wanting to be at work. I will never support this location ever again. As far as I’m concerned the only thing good that might be at this location is the gas but that’s at all of them now. If I had a way they would get a lower than one star.

The kwik shop offers a variety of convenience service. The 72nd street location offers fuel where you can discount with a Kroger fuel saver, as well as offers carwash, a vacuum and a air pump. You can purchase both ice and redbox movies here as well. The store itself offers many snacks and drinks including a slushie machine.

Nothing wrong with the actual gas station. The lady at the counter was very nice. I came here to write this review for one reason. The car wash is the worse I have ever used. First off, I had to upgrade to the mid-priced option just to get my car dried. Russell Speeder and all the other local car washes I've used include a drying option as part of the cheapest package. So I get out there, but there are two cars in front of me..and each takes 5-10 minutes...very slow when compared to other car washes. Once I got through the car washes I hopped out to check it out. Still dripping wet all over, and a bunch of fresh bird crap was still present. Long story short, it was expensive, it didn't clean my car, it didn't dry my car, and it took forever. If I wasn't in a hurry, I would have gone back inside and asked for a refund. Maybe it's broken or something...that's how bad it is.

Dear Manager, When you are having a bad dad, please don't take it out on the customers. All I did was ask a question and your response was belittling with your tone and facial expression. Maybe you can learn some basic kindness skills from your register employees who where more than cordial. 6/26/12 @ 12:15pm Hope your day gets better :)
