Never open always closed. It's 3:00 in the afternoon they say that they're open till 5:00 on the door but they're closed. Just close the whole store down. Time to switch service.

The old owners were amazing and the store was actually open when they ran it. Now us cellular has put new management in place and this store is only open week days while most people have their own jobs to be at. How does someone who works a job that's out of town ever make it into this store? They don't open on Saturdays at all. I'd have to go to Lincoln to find a store that's open when I'm not working. Unfortunately the new management has changed the hours. There are conflicting hours between online and two different hours on their door.

My phone apparently was mistaken for a boat by my 18 month old granddaughter. When I found it however much later in the potty, the screen was cracked and it did not work. I tried blowing air into the ports and the old rice box trick but couldnt send or receive texts or phone calls. The man was so helpful telling me I did not need a new Sim cardand tellong me yes, my phone was insured. Perhaps since I was paying insurance on an expensive phone and this one was on a quick riad to corrosion. I needed to do something before it died altogether.

Fantastic Service. Tom and Amy are always super helpful. I just returned from the store. My phone's charging port was broken. They helped me get a new phone, found a battery in the back to make the old work and began transferring data. I was in a hurry, so they sent me with their battery, offered to charge my old, and told me I could switch them out in a couple of days. You can't pay for service like that. Great hometown store.

They are both extremely thorough about explaining the contract and because of this, there are no surprises They and their store are great assets for the community of Seward

ALWAYS very helpful. It's the kind of service you don't get at a larger corporate store. Amy and Tom are great to work with. They have the knowledge to cater to phone geeks like myself but I've also been in the store when they are so patient and helpful to older folks who are trying to figure out issues with their first smartphone. They can't be beat.
