Geremy Edwards is extremely unprofessional and unkind to employees. He is rude and unwilling to work with his people, he has a lack of communication and let's his emotions get the better of him. Do not recommend.

This is an honest review... so please take this to heart if you are the owner. If it was my place I would want to know. Last night there was a small group of us in there around 8pm... the bartender was hanging out in the patio area most of the night and not hardly ever behind the counter. We literally would have to go and open up the door to the patio area and ask her if we could please order a drink. I'm not kidding... This went on all night. It was strange... especially because the reason we were there for the 2nd Wednesday in a row is how fantastic the same bartender was just a week prior. On the food orders, it wasn't any better. Some orders took over an hour to come out (just wings) and some didn't get their order at all and we basically told them to cancel their orders and that they had to leave and couldn't wait any longer. One guy is still waiting for his wings to this day ..... I'm not kidding. When the last order came out and his never did, he was told he ordered something different and asked if he still wanted it. He was like, I know what I ordered and it's been well over an hour and you never even put in that order, so just forget it. I realize there are staff shortages and what is going on in the world these days, but just some common communication and work ethic could have gone a long way. Keep in mind it was not busy in there at all. Besides our table there were maybe 6 other people and 4 out in the smoking area. Needless to say no one at our table is ever wanting to go back which is sad because we love to support local businesses.

Food is mediocre, definitely not worth the price. Witnessed several unsanitary practices as others have pointed out. Not enough seating, waiters take forever. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go. Oh and the owner is extremely rude. Look at how replies to all the negative reviews. Calling people Karen and telling them to never come back etc… Don’t support these people by going there.

Service here is amazing. The regulars are also fantastic. Small town feel.. great bar.. great food. Highly recommended

The service and food was sooo bad. Plus do you see these reviews? This company is i saluting people because of there terrible service. Avoid at all costs. And if he responds to this with somthing like “Karen, we don’t care” that just proves my point more 🤷♂️

My second visit there and of trying food on the menu. First time I was there they were out of Hoagie buns oh, and they're advertised as Philly steak sandwiches. Tonight I tried their prime rib French dip oh, it was $13.95. It was so salty I couldn't force myself to eat it. The server that we had took it off my bill which I appreciate. He was very concerned and sorry for my experience.

Cadillac Jack was great! The bar scene was beautiful. However if your your to name your bar after a famous food, like the Philly, you should nail that sandwich! Nope! Nothing but greese! My salad was order with Dorothy Lynch and it was brought to me with buffalo sauce on it!! Wth? 1 star!!!

We thought we'd give Phyllys a try. No table service in the room with the band. Went up front to get drinks and found the bartender putting the tip of the pop dispenser into the glasses to knock the fizz down to be able to make the drinks sooner. Who would do this in the middle of a pandemic! Anyone have the health department phone number?

Fantastic food. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with pepper jack cjeese, and don t forget the jalapenos. It came witb fries, you have to taste them to believe how wonderful they sre. I've been there before and will cone back, again and again, snd again. . .
