NO HOSPITALITY AT ALL. My sister and I were in town for an event. My sister had her nails done last week therefore we asked if she could sit by me in another pedicure chair. Little man who greeted us stated that if I’m not getting a service it’s a $10 fee. I laughed thinking he was kidding, nope. Another pair of ladies walked in and he said the same thing to them. The one who wasn’t getting a service didn’t have cash on her, he said he wouldn’t run a credit card for $10 because it wasn’t worth it for him and that she needed cash. They both left. We then asked again if I could sit next to my sister to chat and little man said no, “that’s for pedicure clients only”. KEEP IN MIND. There was 22 chairs and of those 22 pedicure chairs, ONLY 4 WERE OCCUPIED. That left 18 chairs open for me and my sister. Let me also point out; there wasn’t enough staff to fill those 18 open chairs with either. I get that it’s a sanitation thing but it’s not that difficult, I KNOW. I proceeded to sit in the “sitting” area, which was piece of plywood with some type of lumpy cushion and fabric over it…. Not impressed. I’ve been to this Salon before when I lived in the area…. Don’t remember the customer service ever being this bad, but I also don’t remember this little man who clearly had an ego issue he needed to work out of his system today. I work in the self care industry/salon work. I accommodate all my clients as they wish which helps keep clients coming back…. Work on your customer service for your business and employees sake. I won’t be back. *just want to leave a side note that the 4 women already in the pedicure chairs were also stunned at the comments as their mouths dropped open too and heads were shaking. Not good for business at all, especially when other clients see that kinda customer service. Service: Pedicure

I have gone to this place for a couple years on an off. Recently I went in to get my nails done for my bridal shower. It was busy in there but seated my fiancé and I right away for our pedicure. I told the employee it was for my bridal shower and I was testing a style out for my wedding. The best thing I could say about his service was that he went through the motions. He gave no effort in what he was doing. I asked for a French pedicure and the result looked like I let a kid try to do it. When he did my nails, he did them right in the pedicure chair and they chipped before the evening was up. I will not be going back here. I’ve gotten far better mani/pedis for way less Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Always enjoy coming to this salon. Really friendly staff, everything is always clean and I have never had to wait more than 10 mins if I did a walk in. The new salon is beautiful! Fair prices too

I spent more than I ever would anywhere else for one acrylic set for my daughter and one dip ombré for myself. The owner was abhorrently rude, I waited over an hour, with an appointment, until all others were served because I had a flat tire that made me 15 minutes late. I was lied to about the prices until services were completed, bumped into by staff without any recognition, chemicals were used and then the nail tech attempted to apply lotion before hand washing was allowed (even though I mentioned it burned) and be done. My cuticles were barely cut (a service I paid extra for), and after TWO days I had two broken Natural nails and one shattered nail. When I went back the owner allowed to fix for free because I was upset and demanded it. However while I was sitting there he told another customer who called in to complain about chipped and broken nails that they’d have to pay because “they were perfect when you left, but then you go home and who knows what happens.” I argued for this woman, as I was in the same position, owner could not guarantee the quality of his work once your walk out the door. The dip was applied very thinly and was shattering with no force. I work with paper all day. Nothing I did could’ve resulted in this horrible outcome. Before my leaving the owner told me if I wasn’t happy could go somewhere cheaper because he has “lots of happy customers.” Zero remorse for his ponsi scheme of using tainted materials that don’t hold up to normal wear and tear. And then depending on people returning to pay again to fix the issues within days. After 6 days my nails were needing a complete replacement. Services: Dip powder, Acrylic nails, Manicure

I have gone to Sapa to get my nails done for the past few times, but I don't think I will go again. I like the people, but the last 2 times I have had a chip in my shellac the next day and then a chip in my dip on the day of. I have not had that problem anywhere else, so I don't think it's worth it going here given the high cost and low quality.

I really wanted to like this place but the last two times I went I’ve been disappointed in the service I’m getting. First they try and up-sale you constantly, in tricky ways. Such as asking if you want a heel solution on you heels that need a typical scrub. When you ask if it’s more, it’s always more! If you say no…they barely barely scrub your feet. They just mildly rub it over your foot. The massages as so totally weak!! I don’t even think they were applying pressure just putting their hand on your foot and moving it up and down. It’s barely a massage at all. Then when they cut off my cuticles…on all three visits she made my fingers bleed in multiple places! She didn’t say she was sorry or anything! Just put some solution on it which of course burns on an open wound! Then she only put ONE layer of color on my nails for a shellac manicure! Just one! I asked her if one was standard. She said “no we typically do two or three but you should have told me you wanted more than one before!” Wait…what?! This place overcharges and under delivers. Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Do NOT go to Sapa Nails on a Sunday! I have been there numerous times & have had excellent experiences. However, when I went on a Sunday they were so busy & the service was very poor. The cost was the same, & they did a tiny bit of each step but the quality was horrible! What usually is a 5 minute leg massage was about 1 minute, the stones were a couple swipes up & down the leg, the calus removal was a halfway attempt with most left on, etc. They were slamming people through to get the next person in with NO regard for customer service. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Then when I left I paid with a card & tipped more generously than I should have (because I felt bad for how hard they were all being worked) & they had the audacity to say “Do you have cash for tip?!?!” - because they didn’t want it on a card. Services: Pedicure, Manicure

I went to Sapa and the technician (Jay) who did my manicure and pedicure wasn't patient at all and was just sloppy. When I was getting my pedicure he wouldn’t even talk to me just tap on my feet and he would throw my feet around. Then he did my manicure and when I was done they just looked like I did them myself at home. With shellac nail polish all over my skin around my nails on my hands and feet. Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Mo at Sapa has been my favorite nail tech I’ve had in Lincoln. I am really picky about my nails and she has done a wonderful job of taking what I bring her and making it happen! Great work for a very reasonable price. Service: Dip powder

My nail salon closed, I wanted something close to home, that takes appointments or walk ins, they always treat us right. They do a wonderful job. My and my granddaughters nails.
