The store is a bit pricey but the product quality is amazing. We purchased a three room tent, three sleeping bags, three folding chairs, water shoes, water toys, and a badminton game that we enjoy very much. The staff is great because they are knowledgeable and willing to help which is wonderful when trying to find specific items for different reasons and needs. It is a place that we enjoy going to and will continue to shop at.

Manager was rude. Picked out a golf polo off a rack that was marked on sale for $40 it rang up $65. The sales associate went and looked and said yes it was on sale. Called for a manager override and manager said that certain polos were excluded even tho nothing was noted what was excluded. Also all the other polos were the same polos on the rack that was marked. She was rude about the situation and wouldn’t even go look and fix the mistake. Poor service and store was a mess

The so called manager is on a power high and is very rude and disrespectful. She has this stance with her hands on her hips like it's going to impress or intimidate you, she is maybe 20 yrs of age. Bottom line I will never spend another penny in this place, they don't stand behind the merchandise they sell. They want you to return it to the manufacturer, I didn't buy it from them, I bought it from dunham sports in scottsbluff ne

I had to leave a star, they don't deserve any. Best thing they could do is stand behind the merchandise they sell and get rid of the manager that has herself on a power high. She is rude disrespectful and very unprofessional.

Tried to exchange golf clubs because I didn't realize that they were left handed. I get that was my fault. The girl was generally unhelpful, didn't even try to help. They ask for your information email and phone number but cannot lookup purchases? Because she was unhelpful I told her I will take it to another store. I was rather calm just annoyed she called me a jerk on the way out. I found the receipt and was helped by someone else who was very nice. Not a good store.

Great selection. There's lots of sporting goods from golf, boating, basketball to firearms and drones. Store is pretty large so might have to search to find what you're looking for but layout is good. Middle has a plethora of sporting brand clothes/hoodies/accessories. Prices can be good but some items are pricey. Just depends. Also can enter store from inside Monument Mall. Service is fine but cashiers stay at their respective lanes. Parking is plentiful.
