If you get direct deposit from your job they will not deposit on Saturday like every other bank. They will not deposit it at midnight like every other bank. I guess they want to make it as difficult as possible for the customer.

My family has a 20 year history using this bank for both business and personal purposes, and we've never had a poor experience. If you are newer to the area take the time to meet with the appropriate people for your banking needs and you will not be disappointed.

The only reason they received one star is because you can’t leave a review without it. Horrible bank. In it for the money. They don’t care about the customer. They don’t respond to you once you sign your documents and don’t inform you of anything. They do what they want and say screw the customer. Don’t use them for your mortgage.

Excellent place to go for poor service.

Not the place to go to develop a long term banking relationship. As a new professional relocating to Blair 20 years ago I found them unwilling to work with me on a few simple banking projects. A short trip to Two Rivers and my projects were funded and with none of the drama. I would avoid this place myself.

It's nice to have a bank that is local and integrated into the community, yet can also take advantage of its affiliation with First National. My experiences with consumer banking here have all been positive.
