I have most of the Dewalt power tools, So I thought I would buy a gas powered Weedwhacker, and the second time I pulled the string it locked up. I took it back to Bomgaars, they would not exchange it but I had to wait around for an hour for them to fix it. That was two weeks after I bought it. The next week while weed whacking the head broke, I fixed it, it broke off completely, put another one on, I have had this Weedwhacker for two months now and is completely useless. Bomgarrs will do nothing about it.

I stopped in to pick up some ratchet straps that I didn't bring with me and had very good service they knew exactly where to send me to find them in the store and their prices are really really good

My son, neighbor Jamie and I were hunting by Westpoint Ne, my neighbors dog fell through some ice. Jamie had to go in and get him out before he froze.Jamie in turn needed new clothes to continue hunting. We went to Bomgaars in West Point, but it was 8am and the store didn't open until 9am. We thought we were going to have to go back home to Omaha, but I saw an image peer out of the store window. We went to the window and pled our case. Your employee CINDY was a life saver, she let us in early to get what we needed. She was a sweetheart. I was very impressed with CINDY. This world needs more CINDYS. Thank you CINDY.❤️

Great place to shop. Deb is a great manager. My son broke down in West point in a snow storm. They let him inside and keep warm till I got there from Blair.

Awesome store. Has all the home and farm products I need at a fair price. Things are easier to find and the employees actually know where things are if you need help.

I collect farm toys and they have a great selection especially around Christmas.....but shopping for toys after Christmas is a great time for good deals!! Other than that, a great small town store! Shop local people!!! Recommend!

Cashier tried to charge us double for a bag of dog food that was on sale. Nope! Radio overhead talking about stopping the flow of illegal immigration when I see Hispanic men and women in the check out line. Way to cater to your customers.
