Be prepared to wait. Blueberry pancakes were delicious. Bacon was good. Home fries were terrible with some white residue on them (? paper towel). Eggs were so so, not cooked enough to my liking. Went with my family of 7 and sat outside which was nice, but no table service outside sadly, take out only. Staff was friendly. We were there last year and it was a much better experience compared to yesterday.

Great food. Great service. Worth the wait! Food was fresh and portions were perfect. Try the stuffed french toast. We had a variety of breakfast bowls and omelettes and all were amazing. Can't wait to go back.

Absolutely fabulous place to stop for breakfast.. Friendly staff. Charming interior. And a breakfast that will knock your socks off! They have specials on a board. If they have it I would highly recommend trecommend the cinnamon swirl pancake. Also a large variety of Mimosas to choose from and they also add shots of various liquors to your coffee or hot chocolate. The bacon also had the perfect amount of crispiness. Will definitely come back to this place. Quick note. When you arrive you go to a a window to see whether there is seating inside otherwise they will seat you outside. This Place gets busyfor good reason

Stopped here to see what the hype was about on our last day in the area. Worth the wait and definitely an above average breakfast joint.

A nice quiet, comfy little place in the White Mountains with a multitude of breakfast options. The food was excellent, portions were generous and the real bonus was the breakfast beverages - mimosas and bloody Marys and a selection of brews.

Visiting the area. Food was definitely worth the wait. Casual diner like you would expect. Keto friendly Jackpot omlets (minus bread and potatoes) and I had portuguese bolo sandwich that was incredible and loaded with thick cut bacon and more! Home fries were a little tasteless but good texture. VERY friendly and attentive staff! Will be back!

Drive by this place all the time for work and it’s always busy. Stopped by on our anniversary weekend to see what all the hype was. I ordered the Da Bomb omelet with hash browns and bacon, my fiancé ordered a made to order omelet with ham and mozzarella with extra bacon on the side. Seriously disappointing. On their sign they say “Peace, Love, Bacon”. The side bacon was nasty. Just flopped around on an unclean flat top griddle. Just a chewy glob of 3 pieces of tangled bacon. Two whole pieces of bacon in my omelet, not cooked, wicked chewy and couldn’t be cut with a table knife. And whole pieces of roasted garlic that’s like a bomb of garlic in your mouth if you just get egg and garlic. My fiancé’s omelet had whole rolled sandwich size piece of ham in it, cold, and a thick slab of mozzarella cheese that wasn’t melted. To top it off, cold hash browns with no favor and toast with no butter. Not sure what the hype was about, but not worth it in our opinion . To think people stand in line for this place. Idk. Not going back. Pictures are of my omelet and bacon as they arrived, and the bacon and whole garlic from the omelet.

Be patient with the wait, it’s well worth it. The views on the way there, the vibe when you arrive, & the food are all so so good. Peace, love, & hot drinks topped with fluff! Love this place!

Picture this! You're visiting a local couple in the Mount Washington Valley for the weekend. They call The Sunrise Shack because it USED TO BE the top breakfast spot around. You request a table for 9 and wait almost an hour which is more than reasonable in for the valley, but they seat you at two separate tables and refuse to move them together. This not only splits your party in half but you now have a line to the women's bathroom for most of the meal. The bathroom latch doesn't function properly and several people end up opening the door while someone is physically on the toilet. I personally had a direct view of this, more than once... If they had moved the table so we could sit with our party, people could have accessed the bathroom with more space and we wouldn't have gotten quite the show... They also could have accessed the highchairs stuffed in the corner as well as the menu on the blackboard that I had to move away from so they could erase items as they ran out. Our food came and went long before the other half of our party. Our servers were good and the food was fine. The only thing I would change would be to mince the garlic instead of putting whole cloves in one's omelet. Homefries were also very blah.
