We experienced the service at Hill’s for the first time today. If we lived anywhere near North Conway it would most certainly not be the last! We inherited my sister’s motor home and it needed a new battery and to be winterized, both of which were done in very good time and were very reasonably priced. After service was completed, Craig walked us through all the important things on this, our first motor home. He took his time and answered all our questions patiently. I would recommend Hill’s RV without reservation and wish they weren’t so far from Illinois!

Awesome place ,used yesterday for 1st , very friendly patient and low key, I got my Winnebago Solis plumbing fixed there and they where very patient and accommodating explains system as I'm new to RV Quiet a distance from my home but will definitely use them again

The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. She went online and checked just to make sure I was getting the right piece for my rv. She also checked with the service person. The service was fast and efficient. I will definitely comeback there if I have any issues with my RV.

Same great service. Craig runs a very good operation. Had what I was looking for and very helpful to answer a couple quick tech questions. If your ever in the North Conway area and need an RV part, repair or good advice, don't hesitate to stop by. Both Craig and his wife are easy to talk with and even their dog will greet with a warm and fuzzy.

Hill's Rvs is amazing! Burned out my electrical automatic transfer switch at 6 pm. Not a local, here workamping for the summer. Went to Hill's the next morning and they got me right in. Replaced it quickly and at a great price. So appreciate their quick handling of my emergency!! They are absolutely at the top of my list of rv dealerships!

I am very surprised after reading some of the negative reviews here,. I have been a customer of Hills RV for over 17 years and have purchased and had RVs serviced by them. Craig and Sharon always had the time to talk to me if I had a problem and bent over backwards many times to accommodate us. Case in point: When my mother was very ill and dying, I froze the gray and black water lines in the RV prior to me heading back down South to be with my Mom. Craig took our RV in over a holiday weekend and unfroze what turned out be to a disgusting sewer which leaked over their service bay floor and charged a very fair fee to do it. There are many instances that I could use as examples that were very positive, but suffice to say that I would rather deal personally with people that are owners that I know than going to the big box camping and RV store, where you are only dealing with an employee. I can't say enough good things about Craig and Sharon and everyone at HIll's RV, and would certainly never hesitate to recommend them.

Not only did they have what we needed, they asked about our Winnebago's warranty and we ended up keeping our cash in our pockets. Very friendly and helpful folks. (I won't speak of my disappointment with Winnebago about the low-quality LED ceiling lights we had to replace.) I returned to Hills a few weeks later in search of something to keep the motorhome's seatbelt off my neck, they said we were missing the plastic clips which should have been included with our Winnie, and they gave them to us free of charge!

My husband and I bought an RV in NJ and needed some warranty work done. I had heard good things about Hills RV, I liked that they were a family run business so I decided to give them a call. They worked on our Winnebago in a timely fashion but had horrible customer service skills via phone calls. I called with questions regarding our unit while it was there and my husband also called with a few questions. The owner, Craig was rude during the phone calls and always seemed to be annoyed with the questions I was asking. After spending a lot of $$ on this RV I would expect it to be in tip top shape. I feel as though he was annoyed with doing warranty work and should've told me from the beginning that he wasn't interested In working on our RV. We will never return to this business.

We bought our Winnebago in Iowa, and needed it serviced in New England. Hill's was the closest dealership, and seemed to have good reviews. Our experience in getting warranty work done, however, was unpleasant since Craig made his displeasure with us obvious from the start. We tried patience and friendliness, but this did not seem to improve our experience. Sharon made it clear from our first contact: "I guess you should have bought it from us." Craig kept his interactions with us short and terse, and actually showed palpable anger once. We wanted to forge a long-term service relationship with them, but decided to drive twice as far to a dealership that welcomed us enthusiastically. We bought a 7-year extended warranty from them and will have them work with us to set up our tow car. This could have been business for Hill's, but they missed out. We will never return to Hill's nor recommend them because of this experience.

I didn't even buy this r.v. here but Craig was exceptional in helping my wife and I with our problems. They listen to you walk you through it and came thru with the fix. 5. Stars and a thank you very much.. Made second visit for additional warranty work,exceptional help ,finally a great mom and pops service,these folks have time to listen to your RV problems. Then come up with the fix.recommend you try them.
