Friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. They replaced the clutch and transmission in my 2009 Mini Cooper faster than promised and for less money than the estimate. I do most of my own repair work and am reluctant to trust others with repairs, based on previous experiences. It's great to know that AVA is thee when I need them. I would not hesitate to send a friend there.

I began having overheating trouble with my 2007 BMW back in October. I had the car towed to my usual mechanic who after a week of trying to diagnose the problem ended up giving up. I ended up having it towed to THREE other mechanics and an electrical specialist who were all unable to fix the car. I was about ready to give up when our family chiropractor recommended AVA as being the only place he would bring his BMW. It was a little far for me (40 minutes), but I had it towed there as my last attempt to save the car and I am SO lucky I did. After 2.5 months of being without a car, AVA fixed my car the same day it was towed there. I am completely blown away by their knowledge. AVA was able to do what 5 other mechanics could not, and they did it for an honest price. AVA has literally saved my life by fixing this car and I will truly never take the car any where else again. Do yourself a favor and don't shop around. Go to AVA first!

Alex and the staff was invaluable to me as I was working on a multi year restoration of my Euro spec e30. They have a good supply of hard to find used BMW parts on hand and also helped me source the parts they did not have. AVA also had the experience to resolve an issue with the engine that I was unable to on my own. It is not unusual at all to see a classic Mercedes, Jaguar, Alfa or Mini in for service when I stop by. There is no other place I trust with my BMW.
