As always Lowe’s knows a clean, and easily accessible store! I found what I needed quickly and when I did need help, all I had to do was turn around! The garden staff was well informed and very helpful!

Great staff. We had to grab some wood and the shelf was empty. They quickly grabbed the pallet above and helped us load a cart.

Staff is not friendly at all...this has always been the case and makes your visit off-putting from the start. Decent selection. Home depot is right next door with their super friendly staff. I would go there instead unless there is something Lowes has that they don't.

No in-line water filters for rv's. Little to no rv supplies in an area filled with rv tourist! Needless to say, very frustrated. These filters are in every Lowes, Home Depot, and Walmart in the country, but not New Hampshire! Go figure. "Live free or die!" 😆

Inventory on many items is low and not being replaced. I almost always prefer Lowes to the other home store, but this location is lacking the edge I have seen at other locations.

Avoid pick up and customer service at all cost. There is a very angry and miserable woman that works here that clearly hates her job and wants to take it out on the customer. First I wanted to return 5 gallon water jugs and was met with a WE DONT DO THAT… after waiting a while and watching this woman huff and puff and throw her arms around like a toddler having a tantrum, I received a gift card for them which wasn’t correct but I had more things to get so I let it go. Then I got my pick up items and both were clearly damaged and she continued her hissy fit about that. I had a door mat that had a sticker attached to the label which was attached to the mat and it was coming up the wrong price and she said “well that’s the price it was labeled wrong”. She finally adjusted the price with more attitude. Then I was met with more grumpiness as I was trying to purchase ply, she goes WHAT ARE THEY?! My husband looked it up online and got her the item number, no thanks or anything. Everyone else was super nice but this one woman was enough to make a bad impression. I won’t be returning to say the least.
