The Halloween display is much too frightening for families. There is no reason to have life-sized grotesque figures screaming in the middle of a home improvement store. I cannot go shopping in here with my child or we will deal with nightmares for months. Totally unnecessary.

The manager I delt with the the other day was a very nice young man. I believe his name was Terrell. He was very helpful and accommodating. He went above and beyond to pull down the product I was looking for from the very top shelf, unwrap it, and load it onto the dolly for me! 10/10 recommended this store for their fantastic employees!

I had a truly professional experience with Home Depot online. I was impressed. Like all retail this local store is understaffed. Just the job market today. Otherwise a good shopping experience

I own a business and this place is a constant aggravation. When I just need to grab something quick to finish a job, I can count on wasting an hour dealing with mysterious aisle closures and deliberately incompetant cashiers. Every time I return extra unused material I have to watch like a hawk to make sure they don't short me and cost me hundreds through the year. But they are there and they have stuff; that's the only good thing about it.

Went there to buy a fireplace that I saw online. When I found where it was, it was up higher than I was able to reach so I found an associate who brought another associate to where it was located. They proceeded to check 2 other places to see if they could find one that was lower before selling me a damaged model that was on the floor (I didn't know it was damaged till I got home). Had they just took initiative to get one from the shelf it would have taken less time and the product would have (hopefully) bee in tact.

In stock inventory is no longer what it once was, I'm having to go elsewhere to get items that used to be plentifully in stock. Not very covienient, I'm wasting gas money evry time I travel to Home Depot. Maybe I should just order my stuff on line!

First yes I'm female & yes I love home depot! It's honestly in my top 2 stores to shop. My husband tries to sneak there w/out me. The staff are so friendly & helpful. Very knowledgeable employees & if they aren't 100% sure they walk you to the employee that is. That service is pretty much forgotten in 2022. The prices are still low. I highly recommend Home Depot, especially if your going to need assistance.

Overcrowded, clearly understaffed, and their carts for the disabled are either not in working order or not charged. Do better! 🤬 The paint associate acts like he doesn't want to do his job. Mixed my paint wrong and almost didn't give me back my paint chip. 🙄

It's a typical Home Depot, organized like Home Depot. Lots to look at for your home, help If you need it. Cell signal is weak and no wifi so plan ahead if you need ideas.

Don't try to shop for lumber or anything large at the Keene home depot since COVID has now seemed to make everyone order for curb side... all 100+ large carts sit inside full of pick-up orders so anyone who wants to shop in-store has no carts. Has this virus made everyone lazy?? Hello you still have the same germs on the items even if it is delivered to your car! Look at the lineup of carts in the store.CRAZY!
