Took FIVE days to fill a prescription… when it was finally ready on Tuesday I couldn’t get it because I was working, asked my dad to get off work early to go get it… he got off as early as possible and jumped in the car to head over, called saying he was on his way and GPS said he will arrive at 5:05 on the dot. They refused to serve him… we had to wait five DAYS for the prescription and they couldn’t wait 5 minutes past close to accommodate people who work until 5. They are never open past 5pm so best of luck to working people trying to pick up a prescription..

Terrible customer service, very rude staff. Gave my girlfriend a very hard time about the medicine prescribed to her cat. Will be taking our business somewhere else

Wonderful establishment. Helped us so much when we needed medications for our bunny. Sadly, our bunny passed away but Wingate was so kind to take the time to send us a condolence card- it made me cry. So wonderful to have a business that takes time for a personal touch like that, it meant the world to us. Thanks again

My kitty had a thyroid condition and we would receive his prescriptions from Wingate pharmacy. The customer service was always superb. They always called to check in on his perscriptions. Unfortunately, my kitty passed away recently. It was a hard month. I had completely forgotten to call and cancel any future perscription refills. I received a call from Wingate pharmacy and told them the unfortunate news. The woman I spoke to was very sweet and within a couple days I received a sympathy card with a lovely hand written note. I've never been treated with such compassion by a pharmacy.

Wingates has always been my go to for compounded pet medicine and typically all goes well. Recently, I needed to provide a vacation address to ship the required meds. This is what prompted the low rating. I phoned in and spoke with someone in the pharmacy who assured me this one time shipment would be sent. A week later I phoned back because I hadn't received it and now my pet is out of medicine. They mailed it to the usual address which I is not what I requested. I got a "sorry" and that's all well and good but doesn't fix the problem they created by their error, no resolution was offered.

Im unhappy with wingate. They filled my prescription for my cat many times. However the last prescription came just as we got home from the veterinary. It had been held up because the card on file had expired and wwe refused the package. When i called to get credit they said no its a compounded med cant take back . I said yes i understand so can you send to my vet for there use? She said yes but never sent it.

The staff at Wingates are great. My cat Kitty was a customer there. When they found out he had passed away I recieved a card in the mail from Maria. A big thank you to the staff for the compassion they showed for Kitty. ❤️

Not a great experience. The girl called me to let me know my vet only called a 1 month supply in of a typical lifelong med for my cat. I asked her to request the vet fill the same prescription as the last time, and she said "You can do that." Then proceeded to "put me on hold" where she disconnected the call. When some other girl called back an hour later after (shockingly) being able to ask my vet for the standard prescription, she was completely apathetic to what happened on the first phone call. Not sure this staff should necessarily be customer facing...they aren't meeting basic customer service common sense. Wouldn't recommend.

Friendly staff but using this pharmacy is a pain in the butt. They call to confirm you want the refill on prescription that was called in, then you have to wait another day or two for them to fill it. Once filled they call to let you know it’s available for pick up. Now you drive to Main Street in Nashua and hope you can find parking. Pay for your parking, do your pick up and then work your way back out of the Main Street area. If it wasn’t a compounded prescription, I’d never use this pharmacy due to location and process. Any Rite Aid or similar is much easier. Again, nice staff but just not worth the difficulty of location and their process.

Wingate's was terrific working with my on medications for my cat who has heart disease. We tried cream, then chewables. Then recently I realized I was out of medication over a holiday weekend. When I called Tuesday morning they agreed to have the medications ready by 5 pm that day, even though compounding the chewables takes a while, so that my cat didn't have to go very long without his medications. Now, I realize he's just a cat, but this cat is a therapy cat at MIT-- he lives with my daughter in one of the dorms at MIT, and he helps her and the other students de-stress. So he's pretty special :)
