Had fuel filters changed in June on a diesel, they charge $225 when I questioned why it was so high and that ford had never charged me more than $160 before they stated they had the lowest service rates in the area. The next time I took it to court street and didn't say anything to them just had it done. They charged $160 like it had been at other dealers. High priced and lack of pride in their work. Its all about the $ to them

Sales people are not professional at all.. Dont ever ask for a sales guy named jim.. He is rude and very unprofessional.. That place needs to just close.. I went to ford in bourbonnais and it was a wonderful experience.. Never again for me and manteno ford..
