I had scheduled an alignment for a Thursday morning. When I brought my truck in, I inquired when it might be ready and was told by noon someone should contact me. I waited till 2pm and no one called so I called and was told they were just getting to my truck and someone would call me within the hour. I waited till 3:30pm and again no one called so I went to the dealer in person and was told that they were not able to complete the work so I would have to bring it back Friday morning. I brought it back the next morning and was told the alignment machine was broken so I would have to bring it back Saturday morning. Again, I brought it back the following morning. I had to call back in the afternoon to find out the status since, again, no one contacted me. I was told it was ready. When I went to pick it up, I saw that some of the alignment (camber and caster) was still not within factory spec even though I was charged significantly more for parts and labor than a standard alignment. When I asked why it was still out of spec, I was told it was the best they could do. I have had this type of experience before while having my truck serviced at Friendly Ford. The people I interact with are nice however my overall experience with the turnaround time, scheduling, pricing, quality of work and communication has been poor. The only reason I keep on bringing my truck back to Friend Ford for service is the convenience of location and to have warranty work done. However, after my warranty expires, I plan to take my truck elsewhere for service.

There is nothing in the place that’s Friendly. Nobody seems to help you. I feel that they were reluctant to help me and I don’t know if it’s because of my race but definitely felt friendliness there. I paid $230+ just for a cabin filter removal. They’re not budget Friendly either. If you need some minor assistance with you car, you are better off going to another Ford dealership or maybe a small scale auto service place. I hope the upper management will take time to reachout to me and I will provide more details.

Eric is an outstanding service manager. I have known him for years. Beside being a very nice person. He takes a lot of pride in his work. His team of service managers are all very well trained. You can’t go wrong bringing your auto here for service. They work on all makes and models.

I am so very pleased with Ford company. My truck was picked up and delivered back to me the same day! They fixed my computer board 100% They found a couple other minor issues that they fixed that was under warranty. My truck came back sparkling clean inside and out! They keep in contact with you throughout the day. The staff is so very friendly 😍 The work they do is outstanding! I highly recommend Frendly Ford!! I will never go anywhere else!! Been here a few times. It's a good place to get your vehicle serviced for regular work, but not for anything beyond that. I had a door freezing latch issue and I brought it into Friendly Food last year. They apparently fixed it, but the issue still remained. They can't replicate the issue, so now I have to wait until the door latch starts freezing again before I can take it into them to get it resolved. Why could it not have been resolved properly the first time???? I had another door latch issue occur recently. It took them over a week to get it resolved. I took it in on a Monday, was supposed to get resolved by Wednesday, then it go delayed to Thursday, ultimately I got my vehicle back the following Monday.

I Highly recommend Friendly Ford service I have been a customer of Friendly Ford for over 30 years and primarily based on the fact that they have an excellent service center. The owner Is always concerned with customers being treated correctly and service being done to their satisfaction. The service center itself has employees who value their customers and do all they can to ensure their customers get the service they require special call out to Kathie Fitzpatrick top-notch!!!!

Friendly Ford lives up to their name. The service dept. Is friendly and reliable. They even call you the next day to make sure you are satisfied with their service. And KRISTEN even arranged for a free pickup and delivery of my car to be serviced. I never had to leave the house. A great service to people , and a service that all dealers don't do. I highly reccomend this dealer to either purchase a vehicle or have them service yours.

This is my first time visiting a Ford dealership in Chicago and definitely the first time (probably the last time) visiting Friendly Ford. My car is having a check engine light (P1450), and I know the canister purge valve is defected and needs a replacement (I've ordered the part) in order to pass the emission test. I've checked with Ford customer service and their website trying to find out whether the warranty will cover the fix, but wasn't able to find a straight answer. So then, I've decided to stop by Friendly Ford and hoping I would get the answer, since Friendly Ford is closed by. All I wanted to know was whether the fix is under warranty or not, but I ended up owing Friendly $166.xx for a diagnostic charge. Moments after, I checked with another Ford dealership with the same questions. They were able to tell me whether or not without the "diagnostic charge". What a joke... I blame myself for choosing Friendly Ford. Pricey lesson... +1 star for Rosemarie. She was helpful and friendly. Update: selling my Fiesta ST soon and won't choose Ford again. I hope somebody is happy about making those type of money.

From ordering thru delivery of my Ford Maverick, Friendly Ford was a class act. They were up front and honest about pricing. No "additional dealer profit" BS. Sales people were friendly (Friendly Ford!) and courteous. Very helpful and informative. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone I know.

Went there for they're annual car show. Large turnout, probably over 150 cars. Free food and drinks for participants. Lots of trophies given away. They even had an adoption going for dogs. Very nice show overall!
