Stopped by for an oil change. Got out of my vehicle and a gentleman helped the customer in front of me. Completely ignored me. I went into the lobby and the tech got off the phone and walked into the shop without even acknowledging me again. I waited a few more minutes and he came back in, made a phone call and then walked back out. Three opportunities to greet me. Didn’t even ask me to wait as I understand sometimes you are busy. I slowly walked out to my car past the front doors and no one asked if they could help me. I left and did my business in Bradley. Sometimes a simple, “hello, we will be with you in a moment” is a good idea in customer service.

Went to Manteno Quick Lube looking to get my tires balanced on a truck I had purchased recently. Having worked here prior I knew they can get things in and out fairly quickly. Ended up being too busy which is understandable, but instead of just saying that I was told to go to Bradley store because they were “dead” and was told they had just spoken to owner to confirm that. 20 minutes later I get to All automotive of Bradley to find out they are swamped and have heard nothing about having work sent down to them. Not AAoBs fault but communication is key for a well working business, and it is clearly lacking here. Wasted my time and fuel running around to end up still needing my tires balanced elsewhere.

hey, I want to extend my thanks. the Manteno store was busy when I showed up. In a short time my tires were balanced on my '17 Cruze. That's definitely express service. I'm a mechanic myself but I work on semi trucks and trailers. the equipment I work around is way too big to handle any car tire lol. but again I'm very happy with the service I got at the Manteno store. and the company that I work for sends vehicles to the peotone store for tires on our service trucks. nothing but great service from you guys. thanks again.

We are lucky to have a full service shop like these guys in town. They just saved me several hundred dollars over the quoted price of the "stealership". It is friendly here just like getting a favor from family. I highly reccomend. Services: Air conditioning, Brakes, Oil change

Thank you staff for getting my cars back in tip top transmission and engine shape for the charger and fusion. And for all the extras that people don’t think of, but my dash was cleaner then when I dropped them off. That really means a lot to me. Plus I was talked to respectfully like it was ok that I didn’t quite know all the terminology and that means a lot too. My buddy went in for alignment and tires. Steering wheel was straight when it arrived, but when it left it was slightly to the left. He called back, they rescheduled to check it out. Vehicle went into the shop and they state “nothing is wrong”. Brought vehicle to another shop, and alignment is completely off. Also, lugs were on WAY to tight. Ended up having to replace one, due to the lack of a torque wrench this place didn’t seem to use! Definitely not a place I would recommend if you want your vehicle fixed accurately or correctly. Try and support a family business, but unfortunately they ruined this customer relationship… Services: Wheel alignment, Tires

Have gone to this place plenty of times with no complaints even though there were plenty out there. Last oil change noticed a decent leak from truck and oil drip off of the filter so took it back. Main shop guy seemed annoyed as soon as I explained I was there. Asked the lower guy to check for a problem..after about 3 seconds the guy responds no issue here. They topped me off and said come back if issue persisted. It did. I was able to come back in a few weeks later and explained issue again. Filter was “broke.” Owner never cared that his employees were disrespectful or incompetent..actually tried to get me to get my oil changed again because I was close to another one! HA! Just wasn’t concerned about customer service just wanted another buck. Lost a customer for sure
