I usually don't write review but the service at this location is just gotten very bad. A prescription gets called in on a Friday. Monday I call for status an get a message saying it being worked on and I will get a call when it is available. Don't hear back by Tuesday morning so I go over Tuesday afternoon and they tell me they are out of the medicine is might be in by Thursday. At the same time another medicine I was told by their automated call answering service last week was in progress wasn't filled either. They did have this one and filled it while I waited. On several occasions I gone to pick up prescription and they haven't contacted the insurance company so they tell me the med is full price. When I as what has happened they fix the problem is about minute. Why wasn't this done to being with? They had an issue where they closed the pharmacy for 3 days or so with a sign they would be open on Monday. I go Monday morning to again to pick up a prescription and it is still closed with the same sign. On Tuesday I go and they are open so I has what happen on Monday and they tell me in a bit of a huff it was open Monday.

So very disappointed with the help at the pharmacy. Needed to fill a prescription and am a client of CVS. They were out of my med so called Walgreens to see if they had it. Was told they did so they called CVS to get the script to fill it. Days went by and no word. Called Walgreens back and they had not filled it and were planning to fill with the generic. I can’t take the generic so just asked them to send the script back to CVS. Waited a week and CVS had not filled the prescription. Called them only to find Walgreens never sent the script back. So I’m still without the med 3 weeks down the road. Thankfully I had enough of the original to get me through. Do not recommend Walgreens. 😩

Was in the other night doing some errands and was at the front of the store when I heard a customer berate the cashier because of their aggravation with the pharmacy, yes they are having problems with staffing like everyone else but it has nothing to do with the employees just trying to do their job and at the same time, Elaina, another employee, was getting grief from someone it is out of their control Elaina is always very helpful and pleasant and the young girls just starting really don't deserve the treatment I saw from customers they are doing the best they can under the circumstances lf you want to make a change call the corporate office and see what they do to help you and the few employees that are left there. This the season to be nice not cruel. Happy Holidays

Pharmacy is RIDICULOUS!!! Hours are at THEIR convenience. Closed EVERY SUNDAY. Today I needed a prescription refilled for my husband who is receiving chemo treatments. I called the pharmacy - sat on hold for 40 minutes to then hear they were going to LUNCH and to CALL BACK later and was then disconnected. Called later for the same meds and was told that they were closing this day at 5:00 PM It was a TUESDAY!!! Prescriptions are NEVER ready for PU. Even with a pre-call for a prescription, I waited 45 minutes in line for it to be ready. Not the first time for them being closed randomly and having to drive to the next town to get it filled. Today was the last straw! I'm ALL DONE with this Walgreen's location and will take our business elsewhere!!! Go anywhere else for your medications and prescriptions!

Place needs help, so short handed and some of the ones they do have are to new to know to much. The only constant is Elaina and I thank God she is still there she is wonderful, never stops, I hope they realize how lucky they are to have her.

The services is gradually deteriorating from bad to worse. The workers in this location are unmotivated and simply don’t care. They don’t try to be helpful when I asked about Iron supplements. They don’t own their responsibilities . I used them for a Drive-Through COVID tested at this location. The result is supposed to be available from 24-48 hours. It has been 96 hrs and I have no result. I contacted their outsourced lab, the lab hasn’t received the sample yet. When called Pharmacy dept up, they don’t even have a tracking # from FedEx to show when it shipped to the lab. I used to go there to pick up quick grocery items. The store is never busy and yet, I had to wait for cashier. It’s such a good location and newer store, it’s too bad the services is at this level. I now see why that is.

FYI... I can't wait to see how this store is going to hold up with just 1 store manager and 1 shift lead. Good luck to Vince and Jordan. God bless anyone who stays!!!! There's a dark 🌨️ upon this location. Because the good workers that they do have they don't appreciate, especially the ones that are trying to expand and better themselves. The levels of maturity in regards to management are equivalent to adolescent boys going through puberty.

The worst place to get service. Stood in line for twenty minutes to register for me COVID shot. They have the same people doing the register, answering the phones and filling out prescriptions. I had to ask , is there anyone here who can help me. The one giving the shots was in a room having a way to long conversation with a couple who were getting their shots while there were people outside waiting for theirs. If Walgreens can’t provide the staff to do the job right , they should never have stepped up. My friends got quicker service from the set ups in the mall.

Young man cashier was real ignorant, can’t do his job correctly overcharged me multiple times on clearance items! I lost easily $20 bucks because this clown couldn’t do an easy job and ring stuff up correctly….. 2 stars because last time about a year ago was positive…. 8/13/21 not so much. He rolled his f-in eyes because he had to check a price on one of the items, then he over rang on 2 other items. Here is one example! See pic in location pictures.

Went here to buy a few things that I saw on the walgreens app, got here and noticed a few of the items that I needed were more than triple the price in store, double checked and verified that it stated that the stores would price match. Brought it to the front to check out and the cashier stated they do not price match but she would call someone out to verify, the gentleman came out we showed him on the app the price match policy and he stated they do not price match but he would check with the "big man" came back a couple of minutes later and refused to price match even though it states on the official walgreens app they do. This is the only walgreens I have ever had an issue with and will more than likely be taking my business to the CVS a couple of businesses down.
