Best cosmetics store in Hudson, New Hampshire (NH) 2024

I usually don't write review but the service at this location is just gotten very bad. A prescription gets called in on a Friday. Monday I call for status an get a message saying it being worked on and I will get a call when it is available. Don't hear back by Tuesday morning so I go over Tuesday afternoon and they tell me they are out of the medicine is might be in by Thursday. At the same time another medicine I was told by their automated call answering service last week was in progress wasn't filled either. They did have this one and filled it while I waited. On several occasions I gone to pick up prescription and they haven't contacted the insurance company so they tell me the med is full price. When I as what has happened they fix the problem is about minute. Why wasn't this done to being with? They had an issue where they closed the pharmacy for 3 days or so with a sign they would be open on Monday. I go Monday morning to again to pick up a prescription and it is still closed with the same sign. On Tuesday I go and they are open so I has what happen on Monday and they tell me in a bit of a huff it was open Monday. ~Sean

I've been going to this CVS branch for 27 years, and the pharmacists and store staff have always been pleasant and very helpful. The new store is large, well-lit, and the selection of items is quite good. ~Deb
