If I could give a negative 5 I would. Not the store but the pharmacy. 6 people working in that dept. And it took until 3:00 for them to fill a perscription for a family member that needs this medication first thing in the morning.

After spending 45 minutes filling out, and re-doing 4 times, a covid test appointment form...I gave up. All the information was given properly, but at the end, no option was given to submit. Iost out on at least 3 dates. Grrrr.I am trying to protect a fragile family member after a close exposure.

I have only given this 4 stars not because of the stores staff they were kind. Because I had an unconvinced experience were Walgreens is listed as a fee free store to load a prepaid card and the stores system would not load my card. I had to travel to other stores to eventually have my card loaded.

LOVE this location! the staff is always super nice and they go above and beyond for their customers—today especially. I dropped off a Fedex package only to get home and realise I forgot an item. So I rushed over and Teran was able to open the package, shove the item in, and perfectly reseal it (even better than I had before). A true lifesaver!

Unfortunately this Walgreens is located in a rough area and I've seen and experienced some pretty crazy things in this store. I fully understand that the staff must be crazy at times dealing with some of the customers that come in. But there have definitely been times where the staff took it out on me as a quiet paying customer not bothering anyone. But, my main issue here is by far the pharmacy. You never ever know what you are going to experience. I've had pharmacists tell me my prescriptions looked fake. (I honestly have no idea who would be faking prescriptions for the medication I take.) This pharmacy had given me the complete wrong dosage of a medication which caused me to get very sick. I've also had bottled blood pressure medication that was labeled at 120 count but only prescribed 90. When I called them on this, they brushed it off like I was crazy. (I mean really, who is out there abusing blood pressure medication??) They said that a machine counts it. But when I went back into my Walgreens app, it showed the past months as 90 then when the dr changed it to 120 it showed the next month 120, the month after that 120, then 120, and then 90 being my most recent. So I know they made a mistake. They said they would call me back but they never did. I had to go back to my Dr and explain this very weird situation. I was able to show him on the Walgreens app that it showed 90, yet my bottle said 120, and yet I was out of medication before I should have been. Walgreens NEVER owned up to this mistake.

Walgreens receives ZERO stars from me! Called in refills for my Mom on a Thursday...one needed a renewal from her doctor, the pharmacy waited until Monday to request the refill renewal. Wednesday we are still waiting...called doctors office to see if refill request could be sent AGAIN, they did and were told the script was being" worked on". I called Walgreens and was on hold for over 20 MINUTES then was told they didn't have the medication but again was "working on it" and I needed to be patient with them! I told the guy they're not doing their job correctly and he pretty much said I shouldn't speak to him "that way" so I asked for his name and CLICK he hangs up on me!!! GOOD RIDDANCE to Main St Walgreens we have switched!

I have used this pharmacy for a very long time and am used to their protocols with my certain prescriptions. One day a Woman Asst. Store Mgr. with curly mid length hair and glasses asked for my I.D. for me to drop off my prescriptions. All the years I have dropped off my scripts I have never needed my I.D. to drop off, only Pick up...I made that aware to her because I didn't bring my I.D. and she was very mad that I asked her to ask the Pharmacy manager and she had to come back to me and tell me she was sorry, she was wrong. Due to her being so angry that she was wrong and couldn't come back and tell me I was, she purposely threw away my prescription and the next a.m. I went to pick it up because I had no more medication and the prescription was no where to be found. I spoke with the Store The as I was extremely upset and yes she did win her ego trip...and he told me she would be reprimanded but you do not mess with a customers prescription, I don't believe she was reprimanded, she was still there with the same title. What if the prescription was to prevent harm to myself or to keep me alive, that is extremely serious!! If u read this please take serious caution if you decide to stay with this particular Walgreens Pharmacy....Another very scary incident that Involved this particular pharmacy was that 2 months straight, I wasn't feeling right and checked my prescription bottle and realized half my prescription in the bottle was 600mg pills and half were 800 mg pills. After the first month, I called for them to check the bottles because I was at the end of my prescription before My husband noticed the last pill in my bottle was 600mg instead of 800mg, which explained my not feeling adequate. After the second month of receiving them, I played them all out and noticed it was half 600mg and half 800mg. I called immediately and suggested they check their bottle because they told me where 2 people check them it couldn't be true. I never received a call back from anyone. I will never go to a Walgreens again, and make sure everyone I know knows the nightmares of that store and their pharmacy n management. I now go to CVS...Im so bummed I didn't go there from the gecko, but they answer their pharmacy phones and don't let them ring nonstop to no avail. and they are very pleasant, not trying to rush you out buy actually try to ask you if you have any questions about your meds, and are fast and punctual as far as when they say your prescriptions will be done..OH AND MOST IMPORTANTLY!! YOU GET WHAT THE DOCTORS ORDER FOR YOU SO YOU ARE NOT DEEPLY SICK...BEWARE!

Pharmacy experience has decreased dramatically recently. Cannot connect to talk to a real person and system has claimed my prescription has been out of stock for over 2 weeks yet insurance claims they filled it 10 days ago! Do not take your business here they do not care about you.

Great store. Employees are wonderful with the exception of the pharmacy. I will never get my prescriptions from Walgreens. Besides the attitudes of pharmacy employees, I switched my prescriptions from Rite Aide and found The cost very high and in some cases over double. At one point I had to wait to pic up prescription and it went up another four dollars in a week. The rest of the store has all me needs for health and beauty products. Prices are great.

It's my first time in this pharmacy. And it will be my last. Filling a script. Waited in line 20 minutes. The staff were polite, but they clearly have more work than they can handle. They quoted me at 45 minutes. I decided to wait. Big mistake. I haven exactly been timing, but my phone was half charged and I was on it until it died-which usually takes around 2 hours. Waited a half hour longer. In my car with my phone plugged in to warn the future visitors they keep telling "45 minutes". Do not bother. I want to ask if it's worth waiting, but the staff is too busy. I feel bad for them, but this is rediculous. I feel like they keep lying to everyone because by now they should know it will take longer. Rite Aid next time for sure.
