I stopped by last Tuesday at 5 pm they were closed. Stopped by last night at 7:50 pm started pumping gas, the lights went out and the pump stopped. Went to the door for a receipt and the worker ignored me. Worst customer experience ever. ~Shirley

Stopped by for an oil change. Got out of my vehicle and a gentleman helped the customer in front of me. Completely ignored me. I went into the lobby and the tech got off the phone and walked into the shop without even acknowledging me again. I waited a few more minutes and he came back in, made a phone call and then walked back out. Three opportunities to greet me. Didn’t even ask me to wait as I understand sometimes you are busy. I slowly walked out to my car past the front doors and no one asked if they could help me. I left and did my business in Bradley. Sometimes a simple, “hello, we will be with you in a moment” is a good idea in customer service. ~Kyle

Had fuel filters changed in June on a diesel, they charge $225 when I questioned why it was so high and that ford had never charged me more than $160 before they stated they had the lowest service rates in the area. The next time I took it to court street and didn't say anything to them just had it done. They charged $160 like it had been at other dealers. High priced and lack of pride in their work. Its all about the $ to them ~Eric
