I will never return this store again. Not only did they damage three of my watches. I attempted to have my watches repaired and discussed the issues with the owner. The owner was extremely rude. He instantly accused me of lying about the damage on my watches he did not show any concern for me as the customer and he hung up in my face multiple times. I will not ever return to this store. I have never experienced such disrespect from management in my life.

Ordered 1/13/2022. Went to store on 1/14/2022. Was told order had already been completed. Said I had not picked up battery and was here to1) pick it up and 2) provide the core for refund. Took about 10 minutes as the 2 employees looked into computer and asked each other stuff, etc. Finally they went over to the shelf and picked up an old dated battery...I asked for a fresher date...they did not say yes, but I just picked up a better date and carried it myself to counter. Salesman did process my refund on core. Will not do this again. Came home an checked my credit card and it was processed 1/13/2022. I did not even get a receipt. 1/23/2022 Update: Battery has been sitting till yesterday. Checked it and it is dead...2.37 volts. Placed on charger overnight. Retested...battery would not pass load test. Bad battery. Went and bought one from an auto parts store and will return this piece of junk for a full refund. Sold me a dead battery.

Ordered a battery for my car online. When I got to store they refused to replace it "because it has a plastic thing over it and its too hard." Employees are too lazy to do their jobs.

This wasn’t bad at all, it only took 3 days to get back. I think it looks nice, however the home button was kinda lose, but that probably is to be expected due to them removing it from the old screen, its an easy fix all I did was put tape over the home button and it works fine. My ipad had another crack at the left too but sadly I can’t find any pictures of that. Hopefully this helped

DO NOT USE THEM!!!! I wasted a little over $100 plus 4 or 5 different trips (an hour drive each way, so 8-10 hours total) trying to get my screen replaced and ended up getting it back to only half work and the home button not be working at all when it worked when I originally took it to be fixed. They would make me leave it overnight each time just to not have it ready when I came back the next afternoon, BOTH TIMES I left it. Workers were very sweet and did everything they could but the manager was the complete opposite. If they couldn’t do the repair that’s fine but his way of resolving the issue is absolutely pitiful. Now I’m stuck making yet another trip to go pick the phone up and it still not be fixed and be beyond upset after the conversation I just had with that “manager”. I wouldn’t even recommend my worst enemy go here!

Do not get your phone fixed here. This company doesn’t care about the customers even when its their fault. Corporate is a joke as well and will lie as well. LJ lied about the screen replacement being in stock, which could have been prevented by calling to confirm in Augusta like he did for the male customer. I don’t find out till the day the out of stock screen was supposed to be there that it isn’t. I then have to wait longer for a screen replacement to be ordered. So, a wasted trip could have been prevented and why no phone call telling me it out of stock? I could have got the color I wanted if I knew it was going to take this long. The burnt camera cord that Sky burned could have been avoided by not overheating my phone and causing delays. If my cord was never burned, I wouldn’t have to go back to the store to see why it isn’t working. Sara saying the cord would take no more than three days could have been avoided by expedited shipping especially since Sky your associate burnt it. I received no call when and called on the fourth day for Sara to then says the mail has been slow lately. The pandemic has been going on for a while so save that excuse. I get a call from Sara on Monday to come in that day for the repair and for the male associate to give me the run around and not fix my phone. So, why was a message left on my phone to come in that day? A wasted trip and time could have been avoided. LJ the manager lying to my face when he spoke to corporate could have been avoided. He could have told the truth. I hope people reading this see how everyone from an associate level, a manger level and to a corporate level lie at the cause the customer to reap all their lies. The rude responses from LJ and the male associates saying ok over and over when I explained what happened could have been avoided by actually providing customer service and owning up to what happened. You can’t give any answers to any of my questions or why I was lied to so many times on a store level and corporate level. I came in for a screen replacement not for all this happen. The entire process only should have taken a few hours not weeks. Why does the customer have to go through all this for your mistake? There is nothing in the store that says when we do a phone replacement, we break other components? Nothing that happened to me is reasonable. I hope customers who read this see how one is treated when it clearly your companies’ fault. There is no excuse for lying and the mis treatment. LJ claims all this is in a timely manner.

I thought this place just sold batteries and bulbs and boy was I wrong I starting searching for a place to get a new battery for my S6 and get the charging port fixed I chose Batteries&Bulbs they were cheaper then some other places and the two times I took my phone to them it was fixed the same day within a hour which was impressive for how busy they were it also came with a warranty and you can get $10.00 off if you go online and schedule a appointment they are open Monday-Sunday and some of their prices are listed online they have a forever customer with me my phone had no scratches and didnt even looked like they opened it! Highly recommended

Had a 12 volt battery prematurely fail in one of my customers trailer and they swapped it out for a brand new one without asking any questions. No receipt or even our account number with them. Absolutely awesome customer service and a great selection in multi-size and deep cycle batteries! I would highly recommend this location !
