Just went to the Batteries Plus Bulbs and was attended by Brandon. Totally the example of what excellent customer should look. Resolved an intermittent charging issue with my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G. In less than 15 minutes he not only resolved the issue but he also did not charge me anything. Thanks again Brandon!!

The employees here were so helpful!! They have the best customer service. You don't see that too often these days in stores. They went above and beyond with helping me with my phone. I will for sure be coming back!

Never go to to this branch. If another branch refers you here because they will “have what you need in stock” it’s a lie. I was referred from another branch across town only to wait in line when I arrived behind several other people who were told this store had what they needed “in stock”. Not a single customer, including myself, walked out with what we needed.

This store has any and every battery you can find. The best thing about this store is the 21.00 lifetime keyfob battery replacement!

10/10 the "good" batteries plus bulbs. Been coming to this particular store since they opened. Quick, professional, reliable, great service. -side note: phone screen replacement took only an hour!!! Will always be a customer here

Outstanding Customer Service Experience! I was greeted & assisted by Brandon & Nichole. They both went above & beyond to make sure I purchased the correct items needed for my car. Also, I had no idea that this store has more to offer than just batteries. I initially went to store to have key & key fob repaired, but while in store I realized they carry cell phone accessories, wireless blue tooth speakers and more. I highly recommend this store, but specifically this location because of the amazing customer service provided by Brandon & Nichole.

This place is without a doubt top notch for customer service. I needed the battery in my Chevy Malibu replaced. Auto zone, and advance said they wouldn't do it because it was so time consuming. Well the guys at Batteries Plus didn't hesitate. He knew it was time consuming, even told me so over the phone, but said he would do it. This is an amazing place. I am now a customer for life.
