I bought Ionic 5 2022 for 3 months and car has problem about low washer fluid and I need service. I called appiontment she said 2022 IONIQ 5 is reserved for service Mar, 2023. I will wait for 5 months for service low washer fluid.

The worst Post sale/service you can expect. availability of the schedule to change the oil, the time it takes to get the oil change (4 Hours), the service itself, the attitude, the clustered parking lot, garbage left in my car after service, what else is left? I just come here cause the oil change is free (the unlimited but you cant schedule an appt) and thank god i don't drive my car more than 1K a month cause next available appt for an oil change is 5 MONTHS away. I was considering buying a genesis for my next car but forget it. This place is by far the worst dealer I dealt with post sales and service.

They sell you the car and say life time of oil changes but to foget to mention that they will be Minimum of 2hour wait for an oil change (1st time 4 hours, 2nd2 hrs, 3rd close to 4 hours) blocked out 3-4months to schedule oil change(gl getting an appt) , leave behind garbage, unidentified scratches (not sure if this dealer caused it) picking up the car. Not going to buy a hyundai for my next car. Such a poor experience.

Leased a Hyundai in October 2021 and called for scheduled maintenance and a check engine light and the only service appointment on any day isn't for over 4 months. What is the point of having included maintenance and a warranty if you can't get an appointment.

One of the worst services; I bought a Hyundai Sonata 2015, WITH WITH 77.000 MILES BUT KNOW IT HAS 110.000 MILES I was brought the car, changed OIL and REQUESTING CHECK THE MOTOR BECAUSE it WITH JUST 600 MILES GOES LOW LEVEL; THEY ALWAYS PUT it FILLED AGAIN OIL, SAYING THAT ALL was FINE, BUT NOW THE ENGINE NEED TO BE REPLACE BECAUSE IS TOTAL DAMAGE AND BURNING OIL. I REQUESTED THE WARRANTY FROM HYUNDAI, BUT THEY DECLINED, EVEN THOUGH I BOUGHT A EXTENDED WARRANTY WITH "PORTFOLIO PROTECTION AND WAS DECLINED TOO. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR IN HYUNDAI -WAYNE 23 BUT ALSO, NEVER BUY A CAR THAT, AFTER 100.000, THE ENGINE IS DAMAGED, AND NO ONE WILL RESPOND. IT IS ONE OF THE WORST SERVICES FOR THE MANUFACTURING BUT ALSO IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THIS PLACE. I'M A CATHOLIC PRIEST IF YOU NEED PROOF OF WHAT I AM SAYING. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE BEGINNING, WHEN I GOT THE CAR, THEY PROVIDED SERVICE QUICKLY. NOW I HAD TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WILL TAKE ME 3 MONTHS, AND THEY NEVER HAD A RENTAL CAR.

Not only do they not have qualified mechanics who can diagnose a problem accurately,took 5 months, prolonging the problem with the full knowledge that the warranty would be coming to an end. They also aren’t willing to spend the time to give quality service, nor can you ever get a hold of anyone to give answers.. After looking at the vehicle they continued to replace parts that didn’t need to be replaced and completely misdiagnosed problems. As for what actually was wrong with the vehicle, who knows what issues their mechanics may have caused because we went from heater needing to be fixed under warranty, then replacing parts that didn’t need to be replaced to now a vehicle that had over 5000. of needed work, and the warranty has come to an end. It shouldn’t take 2 weeks or longer to get an answer from the warranty company. Their attitude towards my daughter and then me as a customer, was evasive and down right dispicable. Please do yourself a favor either don’t buy a Hyundai, or stay clear of this dealership. They aren’t willing to go the extra mile for you and are pros at the blame game!

Absolutely fantastic experience here! I will be making this my go to place to get service. I was helped by Liz Rodriguez who was extremely professional, helpful and made my experience so less stressful. She was so accommodating and really made me feel like my car was in good hands. She gave me great recommendations and made me feel like a family member rather than a customer. As someone who has a lot of anxiety especially with cars this is the kind of service I look for. The complimentary Carwash is always a plus!

First time customer here. Brought my Hyundai in last week for an oil change and recall service. THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING! Dave was straightforward with me about what my car needed, was very professional, and courteous. Car wash was given free of charge. Not sure about some the negative reviews but I'll be coming here for the life of my Hyundai.

AVOID THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Completely unprofessional staff. Had my vehicle diagnosed and serviced there, but continued having issues with my car. Tried to get an additional repair covered under warranty/goodwill, but the service department ignored my calls and ignored my emails for weeks. When I finally did get an assistant manager on the phone, I only got non-answers and assurances that he would "look into it," but never got a response. I had to get Hyundai Customer Care involved before the Service Dept agreed to take any action -- but I still have no explanation on why the they dragged their feet for weeks and ignored my emails and calls. Never, ever coming to this dealership (or their affiliates) ever again and will be telling my friends and family to avoid at all costs.

AVOID service appointments! I made an appointment for an issue that's almost certainly covered by the warranty and a couple of recalls. The closest appointment was in a week. When I came for the appointment, I was informed that they can do the recalls the next day, but to diagnose the main problem I'll have to LEAVE THE CAR THERE FOR A MONTH. Unfortunately, no loaner cars are available either. They knew at the time I was scheduling an appointment that they were so backed up, but I guess it wasn't important enough to mention. Talking to the manager didn't help, there's just nothing they can do because they are "short staffed and Hyundai is having so many issues".
