Be very diligent Egremont inspecting your vehicle. $400.00 detail. I guess rims and roof weren't included. Nor was putting for mats back in place. They had the vehicle for a entire day no rush plus a new scratch.

My family has been coming here for 10+ years . I’ve brought three cars of my own. I am currently in a situation where my oil filter came so loose during driving that nearly all the oil leaked out and now I fear engine damage . No one has touched the oil filter since they worked on it, I keep up on my maintenance. As a business who appreciates long time costumers , or any customer in general , you’d think they’d be adamant on speaking with me to fix this issue . But all I have gotten is blame from them, barely even communication. Blame for not recognizing this problem that I shouldn’t even have to anticipate? On hold and hung up on. Keep in mind the guy who did my oil change doesn’t even work there any more . I will update my review when I reach a conclusion or even get a phone call from the owner which has been a nightmare in itself as they’re giving me a run around . But so far with how this has been handled I don’t think any of my family will ever be returning . I sincerely hope they change my mind in the next day . I’ve spent hundreds here , as have my family . I’m very disappointed as we trusted this business .

We frequent this place regularly and the service is consistently good. The management seems to set expectations and the team delivers. I had my husbands truck detailed this last visit and he was very happy with the results. There were a couple small items missed and seemed to be an excess of product used. I wiped the interior and part of the exterior down with a soft cloth when I got home. Exterior wax is lasting nicely. I would recommend this place for your weekly wash or special full detail.

I went for an oil change and request that they refill the windshield wiper fluid to ensure that it would get filled. The indicated they did, but they didn't. Each and every time I come here for a carwash or oil change, the service is subpar. They either half clean my car or don't provide services advertised for car wash. I'M OVER IT!

Nothing extraordinary here than a simple car wash. Steep price. If you are not in a hurry, a drive through car wash is a better value and save yourself $15. The tall dude finishing up my car had an attitude like he was late for a board meeting. Lacking customer service skills.

Paid $33.99 for a glorified car wash. Got the “Main Line Wash” which is an exterior was and wiping down the dash and doors. Was thinking about taking my Suburban for a wash there after seeing the outside of the car. Then seeing the inside and I won’t go there again. They barely did anything to the inside and I ended up just doing it myself.

Been using this car wash and never had an issue they do a good to fair job most of the time. Today I took in one of my Chevy trucks for a full $200 detail and to my disappointed the dash came back with a piece missing and a tone of cracks on the passenger side. I then called and asked to talk with the manager they transferred me to " Bto " the on duty manager and he then cut me off mid conversation and said there no way we did that can't help you. The crazy thing was he was the one that took my 20 tip anyways he then stated he works on the full detail area with the lady who does them. He Didn't ask any questions on what vehicle it was and stated nothing he could do call my insurance. He just got defensive for the lady who he said was working over there stating no way she did that. Total scam artist. Definitely filing lawsuit! I don't recommend you waste your time. Look in the pictures how the plastic piece sitting there on top underneath dash. It's obvious they did it. If it was damaged before the broken piece would vibrate and fall under dash.
