I walked into Rooms To Go today and Paul greeted me with a pleasant smile and friendly attitude, that immediately made me feel welcome. He offered his help and allowed me to browse their inventory with no rush or hassle. After reviewing their selections (and even travelling to other furniture stores to see if I'd find something different), I returned to Rooms To Go and purchased a dining room set I fell in love with. His courtesy and professionalism made my buying experience an awesome one. All the staff I encountered there today were very friendly and helpful.

Roger was incredibly helpful and made me feel that I was going to be genuinely taken care of. I will definitely be returning for future furniture needs. He responded to my budget needs and made sure I got the best deal. I also wanted to make note of how he stayed late to help us and pulled out of the parking lot just as we did! He made sure to give us his personal phone number for if anything comes up with our delivery process.

My in-person experience was great with Ms. Tonya. I walked into the store with my mother a bit nervous because of a quick move I’m having to make out-of-state. Tonya made the entire process from beginning to end very easy and soothing. My mother and I appreciated the fact that she was very knowledgeable about the products and financing process. I genuinely appreciated how I didn’t feel rushed, and that my happiness and comfort was key. She also went above and beyond to make sure that my delivery date was changed to the date I needed when initially it was blacked out. I hope and pray the actual delivery process is just as smooth and efficient as my experience was in the store. Thank you for making my move a bit easier and less stressful.

Short Story: Rooms To Go is AWESOME!!! Long Story: We ordered new bedroom furniture back in December from a different place. There was a wait until February. It then got delayed to May. So we decided to cancel the order and look for something elsewhere. We found a great bedroom suit at Rooms To Go at a good price, and it was just what we wanted. We ordered it. We only had a few weeks wait. Today it was delivered and our experience was amazing. From the communication the whole way through, to the professionalism and care of the employees, to the speed of the whole process. THEY WERE AWESOME!!! If you are planning on buying new furniture anytime soon I HIGHLY suggest you use Rooms To Go!!!

My mom and I had a great time picking out furniture at this location. The customer service was great, or so I thought. If you plan on getting your furniture delivered through Rooms To Go, think again. I had my delivery date set for a few weeks, and was told the furniture would be delivered between 12-4pm. The driver did not arrive until 5:15pm. When he arrived, he said Rooms To Go only delivers to the second floor of apartments, which I was not told at the store, even though the sales representative was aware that the delivery was taking place at an apartment complex. When I spoke with customer care dispatch to try to figure out the situation, that representative told me furniture could in fact be delivered to the third floor, so I do not know whether the delivery driver or dispatch was lying. The delivery driver spent 20-30 minutes on the phone with his manager complaining about the job. The delivery driver said that his routes do not make any sense because he has to drive back and forth between cities instead of delivering in one city before driving to the next. This company obviously has no understanding of logistics, customer service, or efficiency. Plus, my family had to help carry in the furniture except for the heavy pieces (couch, box springs, and recliner). What is the point of paying a delivery fee if the customer has to help with the delivery? I’ve never experienced this level of difficulty with deliveries from other companies so I will no longer be using Rooms To Go. I am not impressed with them at all. My suggestion is that Rooms To Go figure out better routes and more manageable workloads for their drivers and sales representatives in the stores need to be taught what rules/limits exist for deliveries.

Mr. J. Graham made the experience simple, flawless, and fun. Mr. Graham was very professional and patient doing the process of selecting furniture. He was not "pushy" he allowed us to view the selections, make a decision, and provided his expert opinion and recommendations. Over a month ago when we decided to go furniture shopping for a new sectional couch, I didn't realize how overwhelming and tiring it was going to be. After looking at store after store we went to Room To Go and that is when we met Christa. When we walked in, there she was with a bright and welcoming smile and lots of energy (which is what I needed becausei was beginning to feel discouraged). We explained what we were looking for and she took us right to a reclining sectional which was EXACTLY what I had envisioned for our living room. We explained what we could and couldn't do and she made it happen and our dream of having a reclining sectional came true. Christa made the entire process from start to finish completely easy and exciting! A week before the delivery, we received a text, call and email confirming the details of our order and again 2 days before. The communication was great! So fast forward to delivery day (5/7/2022). We received an email that morning with a link to track the delivery. It said that we were stop number 3 and that delivery would be between 8am-12pm. Then we received a text stating that the delivery team was 20 mins away. They arrived right on time, dressed professionally and very polite. They asked how we wanted the sectional set up and they went straight to work. They had a 7 piece reclining sectional set up and all boxes cleaned up in roughly 1 hour! The delivery team was exceptional! After it was all set up, we realized that the new couch was smaller than we had thought (that or our living room was larger than we thought) so we headed back to the showroom to see Christa and there she was with that same bright smile again. We told her that we needed to add 2 more pieces to fill the living room and she made it happen. The entire process from start to finish was so easy, stress-free and exciting all thanks to Christa and the delivery team.

Mr Roger Scott was our sales person and he was phenomenal. Didn't follow us around like most sales people. Gave us a chance to browse selection without interruption while still helpful when needed. He even helped us save a nice bit on our selection. I highly recommend this rooms to go. Definitely ask for Mr Scott.

Just want to say thank you to Roger for all of his help today! We were on the hunt for a bigger bed for our son, and he was super knowledgeable about what to get, how to test the mattresses out to make sure it’s a good fit, and what products to buy to make sure we protect our new purchase as well. He was there to help us with all of our questions when we had any, and he got us set up to have everything delivered and assembled in our home for us. If you happen into this store looking around or to make a purchase, make sure you ask for Roger!

Tanya was our sales associate but didn't run our credit together so had to go elsewhere to get the rest of our furniture. We purchased only a king bedroom set with a mattress. First 2 deliveries they ordered the wrong bed as they couldn't put it together so our mattress was on the boxsprings on the floor for over a month and frame was leaning on the wall because the drivers wouldn't take it back with them. The drivers literally left everything in the middle of the room and blocking our closet and bathroom. It was completely unnecessary to leave a mess like the did. Dresser and mirror was damaged so a service tech came out and couldn't fix it so she ordered a new one a few weeks later. Mirror was backordered so when it came in it was the same damaged one the tech couldn't fix. Next delivery they brought another head board that of course didn't fix putting the bed together either. So then the store ordered new rails and footboard to try and get the bed put together and a few weeks later it finally worked. But the supposedly new headboard they sent was the same incorrect one and came back in a blanket and was badly damaged. So after 8 deliveries and several wasted days off from work and several visits to the store and on the phone with corporate and 2 store managers and the regional manager and the delivery company we finally have 1 King Bedroom set. The next to last delivery was a no call no show so another wasted Saturday at home and literally got nothing. I can't imagine if we got more pieces from the problems we would have. They did refund our delivery fee and a $200 credit.
