My in-person experience was great with Ms. Tonya. I walked into the store with my mother a bit nervous because of a quick move I’m having to make out-of-state. Tonya made the entire process from beginning to end very easy and soothing. My mother and I appreciated the fact that she was very knowledgeable about the products and financing process. I genuinely appreciated how I didn’t feel rushed, and that my happiness and comfort was key. She also went above and beyond to make sure that my delivery date was changed to the date I needed when initially it was blacked out. 2022 update: So many cute items in the store but most were overpriced. Even clearance items like tables with broken legs were still almost $100 (doesn't make sense). 2021: They were trying to move Christmas items out when I shopped so, the shelves were empty. I didn't find what I was looking for... the parking lot was chaotic. ~Cass
