I had stopped by Batteries Plus and plus an ordered a key for my 2011 Kia When the key came in the attendant could not get it programmed and offered me a refund and apology Later the manager Dakota called me and asked me to drop back by and let him try he ordered me a key from the Kia company 15 minutes later I was out the door and completely satisfied thank you Dakota for contacting me and providing the service people that are hard working deserve kudos to you and your staff

do not call them! They have put me on hold the past 4 times I've called for 15+ minutes in order to answer a 1 min question. Most of the time I end up Hanging up. Will never use them again!

We had the privilege to work with David on a difficult project and yet as difficult as it was, David and all his associates were very kind and patient. We have a 2011 Suzuki Grand Vitara and due to Suzuki pulling out of the U.S.A it was extremely difficult to find anyone who would even try to cut a key and program a new FOB for this car. After 30 phone calls to various other dealerships and locksmiths, when we called Batteries Plus of Easley, David was willing to take on the task. He had a reliable provider who had the keys and FOBs in stock and they arrived on time. When we came to get the key programmed David tried every possible method, including the method in the manual for my car, however my car did not cooperate. Since the programming was not able to be completed, David gladly refunded our money. We truly appreciate all his effort and kindness and patience to take on this difficult challenge. This batteries plus is exceptional and has outstanding customer service! I will come back if I ever have any battery or key needs and will reccomend them to anyone and everyone! Thanks again!

I feel comfortable going into this store. The employees have great personalities and they get everything done as quickly as possible. They were able to exchange the battery in my S9! I've had multiple watch batteries replaced and use the lifetime warranty so I only had to pay once. They know doing that creates loyal customers and they have one in me.
