I hate going to this location every time I go the service has to be done over the window and the ATM is never working. The staff is also very rude.

Banking services in this branch are not good. It took over 7 weeks to add me as a qualified signature onto my elderly parent's two accounts, despite showing up in person with my mother and all the required ID and power of attorney paperwork. After finally being approved, I emailed the banker to consolidate the accounts. He said I would have to go to a branch to do it, which is a 90 minute round trip for me (he was aware of that). So, I called the 800 number, and it was accomplished in less than three minutes.

ATM never works, went to withdraw cash for a private party purchase of a car of $10k the bank said they didn’t have it and I would have to wait 4 days to order it. Drove to Newington and they didn’t make a fuss. I live half a mile away from this branch and find myself driving to newington to use their services. Stay away, you’ll likely waste your time

i dont wanted to give them one star at all, they deserve 0! Staff is rude, customer service terrible, they dont pick the phone, atm is down most of the time, i dont know what else to say about this bank! i have think to close the account that i have with them, i dont have time but i will do as soon as i will have a day off! Definitely not recommend this bank

Very unhappy at the moment. We were told all we had to do was call and make an appt to have critical time sensitive docs notarized and to come in when we had the paperwork. They won't even answer the phone, either from husband sitting in parking lot or me calling from home. Had to go to a different bank as this has to be done today.

My first time at this bank and was sorely disappointed. Staff was incredibly and unnecessarily rude. I would sooner switch to another bank than re-visit this location ever again.

Come on man. Most of the bank is open for lobby and TD Bank still close for lobby and had to wait more than half hour in drive thru. PLZ get me out.

I walk in to get cash from one of my credit card they try my card in their machine and return my card after saying that my card is decline with out telling me that I just have to activate it to get access.very rude taller. She made me so amberrsed.

very few nice tellers. constantly get told in drive thru that I should come inside for deposits or they won't give me deposit receipts. it happens every other time i stop. i'm not exactly dropping off a mountain of money. it would take you 5 minutes. what exactly is a drive thru supposed to be for? i'm supposed to take two sleeping toddlers out of car seats, pack a stroller, go inside, and then go back out and pack up everything again? i'm so sorry. i thought this was a bank that had a drive up window for people to be allowed to use. why would you feel the need to scold your customers?
