More often than I care to admit I need to go to the pharmacy to speak to the pharmacist about recommendations for whatever pains or issues plaguing my family. They are always kind patient and informative. I get all the shots I need to get there and I do my shopping for my home there the staff is amazing such a nice bunch of people! I love our wall greens and I love all the cashiers the pharmaceutical people the film people in the photo center just a great bunch I’m glad they are in my neighborhood!!

This place is so severely understaffed and overworked I feel bad for the employees.The wait times are far too long in store and the prescription wait times for doc call ins are far too long. Time to switch to a locally owned family pharmacy!

Last time I will be coming to this pharmacy. The pharmacist tech that assisted me was rude as can be. When I first arrived to the window she rolled her eyes at me. Not helpful. She handed me my medication and didn’t say anything else. No people skills, no customer service skills. Which made the whole experience bad. I’m all about customer service, stop working with people if you don’t like it!!!!!!! We all have bad days but it doesn’t mean to treat people with no respect. I won’t be coming back here I will be using a new pharmacy.

Fine shopping here.... But after shopping You may get a receipt and a Coupon that gives U so much off, When U spend say 25 dollars.! So get UR necessary items asap and See if U get a Coupon when checking out!! 😉👀👍It will be Well worth saving $ 5.00 or more,. to purchase UR others items!! 🌷😏

worst customer service ever. pharmacy orders take forever; never answer their phone. alerts are always behind actual status. if my insurance did not designate them as a preferred pharmacy, i'd go elsewhere.

Went to Walgreens to pick up a prescription going through drive through as usual. Arrived a little after 7:40pm and no one came to the window after 5 minutes. At that point I used the call in button to let them know someone was at the window. I was told “we’ll be right with you”. After 7 more minutes I pressed the button again and was hung up on. By the time someone came to help me it was 8:05 and I was told I’d have to come back the next day even after informing the pharmacist I had been waiting for over 15 minutes. CVS right next door is open until 12am yet Walgreens cannot stay open an extra 5 minutes to service a customer. It sounded like this was the pharmacy policy so I do not blame the people behind the counter however, Walgreens definitely lost my business.

The pharmacy is a mess. People waiting in the drive thru for over a half hour, staff walking by her as if she’s not there. They lost my prescription that my doctor called in and the pharmacist said , “I’ll call them when I have time to get a new one”. 10 hours later and they still haven’t filled it. Seeing as though they made a mistake, they should have corrected it immediately. I worked in pharmacy for over 10 years, when you’re dealing with sick people, have a little more decency, compassion and respect for your patients and try not to disregard and ignore them because “you’re too busy”. Hire more staff, better yet hire staff that actually knows how to work with the public. I didn’t choose Walgreens, Rite Aid sold to them and I figured how bad can they be, the answer? Bad. After this, I’ll be going to CVS.

Every time I need to pick up a prescription they say it will be ready in a hour so I come back the next day and still not ready worst service Ever Just an update 10/12/19 So mom just had a surgery and meds were faxed in by doctor and guess what when I went to go pick them up still not ready, what a shocker. Horrible since they took over Rite aid over here they can handle the volume so Will be switching to CVS.

The pharmacy has always taken forever. It’s atrocious. They only have one person working, taking care of the line inside and the drive thru simultaneously. I blame the store for not putting more employees on, not the pharmacists. It takes so long that after waiting 10 minutes and then getting so fed up that I write this review, I’m still in line.
