I only chose 1 star because I had no choice. I just left this store 3:05 p.m. Older Caucasian lady needs to be trained on how to treat customers!!! Scanned my card nothing came out. I asked if the machine worked she said yes. Told her nothing came out so she came and added paper. Instead of HER taking the ton of receipts that was obviously from previous customers....she tells me good luck....im gonna be there for a while and walks away!!! Took customers at her register but when I approached the counter directed me to the scanner. Idk maybe it was my darker skin. I ring my items and my coupons don't come off my total. She says it should. I tell her again it didn't. She comes over and tries....it doesn't work!!! I don't know what to tell ya is DEFINITELY not the solution she should have gave me!!! Im like well somebody needs to know!! Her service was AWFUL from the start!!! I tried to ignore how HORRIBLE it was!!! Finally, I left everything and walked out!! I am a customer service supervisor!!! One thing I am not tolerating is bad service/attitude when I'm spending my hard earned money in an establishment!!!

The manager at this location tends to follow me during the night time. One time i was looking at a product near the counter and i over heard him telling his cashier "You can go, I will watch him".

They treat you like a criminal if you just want to buy cold and flu medicine. The woman wouldn’t even let me carry my own medicine to the front. Ridiculous store policies. I will not be disrespected like that. I won’t return to any CVS stores ever again for the sake of my dignity.

First time coming here for a new medication. Pharmacy is very busy and alittle understaffed. Micheal and Steve were extremely helpful and friendly with getting me my medications and answered any questions I had.

I went to pick up a prescription on Thursday afternoon around 5:15 p.m. I waited in line at least 30 minutes. I feel this is unacceptable! I wasn't feeling well and waiting that amount of time made me feel worse.

Prices are way over the top. Can get the same things for half the price at Walmart. And the 20% coupon means nothing much since the prices are elevated so much you’re not making any kind of a deal. Buy one get 1 50% off is really no savings as opposed to when they go on sale for 40% you save more. People fall for that because they’re not calculating it in their mind so they think it’s a deal because they see 50%. Dr. Scholl’s inserts do you want 549 I get them for three dollars or so at Walmart and they are Dr. Scholl’s. Just an example but I doubt that anything will be changed with the CVS because it’s all about money and greed. Would like to add that I was recently there and the customer service was horrible. There was a lady there but when I asked the question she was bothered by it and said nothing I can do about it. No cashier was there she walked away I had to go look for her because I was having trouble with the self check out. I did not see anyone else in the store at the time and this is unacceptable. Changes need to be made as looking at previous reviews that people will not return. If that’s the way the corporation wants to run their business then they will eventually take such a loss and will not be able to revamp.

Finally I drove over at 5 to pick it up. I waited about 45 minutes only to be told it was ready, they needed 30 more minutes. I waited at the store an additional 100 minutes. Finally they were ready. Except they hadn't mixed the Amoxicillin. So it was 10 more minutes on top of the 100 minutes Are you kidding me? Never again!

Today, my husband just waited in line for 30 minutes, was directed to a chair, and after waiting there for another hour was told he had to get back in the line and start all over again. This all happened 8 hours after our prescription was called in. Overall a 2 hour experience in the store. If you have no staff, don't accept new prescriptions. Never again.

On the way out, I explained the situation to the shift supervisor, and she said "that doesn't sound right", and she continued on her way. I was there for 40 minutes, checking in early, and the immunization room was dormant. Not one shot given. The woman next to me said she had been waiting 20 minutes before me. The store is poorly run and has no respect for their customers.
