Banking services in this branch are not good. It took over 7 weeks to add me as a qualified signature onto my elderly parent's two accounts, despite showing up in person with my mother and all the required ID and power of attorney paperwork. After finally being approved, I emailed the banker to consolidate the accounts. He said I would have to go to a branch to do it, which is a 90 minute round trip for me (he was aware of that). So, I called the 800 number, and it was accomplished in less than three minutes. ~Steven
