Wow the series sub is very good. Im from MontrΓ©al and we have only the basic sub. I love the All American sub 12 " FL πππ I just dont understand why subway in U.S dont have Sud-Ouest sauce and the Bbq sauce ???? But for the rest Subway #1

Good service and food. They know how to process coupons. Update: Monday evening π, March 2021; Hours posted on door πͺ says they close at seven π. I arrived at 20 past six π and they were closed π. I'm not sure why, but, they will loose a star π for that.

I've always had good service there, and it's my "go to" Subway. My concern though, is for one of their employees. I won't mention her by name, but I think that the franchise owner needs to be aware of her actions in front of customers. She is super nice, but I think she has a drug problem. She randomly talks and giggles to herself, and will go off on a tangent about nothing remotely related to my order. On more than 1 occasion, I've seen her get confused counting out the meats and vegetables, only to just load the sandwich. On my most recent visit, when putting on the 3 tomato slices, she lost count and had to re-count 3 different times, all the while swaying and talking to herself. This isn't normal. Nor is the slow speed in which she operates, as if she has a tough time processing the order. She's worked at this Subway for a long time. By now, making sandwiches for her should be pretty much automatic, and muscle memory. I'm not a drug addiction specialist but sadly, I've been around plenty of people strung out on all sorts of drugs. I hope her employer helps her, and doesn't just ignore her situation in the "best interest" of his business.

Staff is super friendly, great service and great food quality. I'm honestly surprised at the great customer service tho, they really showed care and listened to my specific instructions (and here's the best part) without getting upset! Hard to find in a lot of places with fast food. I had a great visit and will be coming back often for more food.

Ordered online 2 hours ahead. Showed up and two employess were outside smoking and laughing. Then an old van comes and picks them up. I go to open the door at 7:30p and it was locked. Sign says they are open until 8p. Whoever is in charge of that store needs to reevaluate who they hire. Very unprofessional.

By far, this is the single worst Subway location I've ever been to. The subs are so sloppily put together and the employees are so slow, spending more time and attention conversing amongst themselves than they do on actually making your sub. Furthermore, this location doesn't participate in any of Subways advertised promotions. While waiting in a short line, a lady in front of me walked out due to the long wait. I wish I had done the same.

I went here to the north Hampton location tonight and got 4 subs. It was the worst experience ever. Pam was the girl who made my subs, or Iβm assuming that is her name as her name tag said Pamalamb.. She was completely and very noticeably strung out on drugs. She could barely understand the order, she was nodding off while making each sandwich... it took her 45 minutes to complete the order. This is not okay and something needs to be done about this girl.

Place was EXTREMELY busy, between a line of people sweeping from one end to the other and phone orders coming in, only 2 people working and they did very well. Neither of them lost their composure, they handled each customer as if there was no pressure on them, and just kept moving forward. Hats off to them! Many people would have been frustrated in their shoes.

My company bought lunch for everyone from this location, via online. This was my sub when I opened it up! Not even made the correct way. I called and got a huge run around and when asked for a manager, I got "they aren't available" so, I gave them my # to contact me when they are... After 2 wks and 3 calls into the manager, no response back. We used to order there a few times a wk... Not anymore! I'm very disappointed.
