I go to this Starbucks usually once a day as it's the closet one to my work. Mostly everyone there is super nice and friendly. I went there today and the older lady with grey hair was working the drive thru and per usual she seemed miserable which is fine i get it but when I asked her for a straw she snapped at me and stated she already gave me one i was like opps sorry and she rolled her eyes at me and sighed. I would NEVER speak to someone like that or roll my eyes at someone at my place of work. If you hate your job find another one don't treat your customers like that.

Please stop being out of stock on items. Also get rid of the AI ordering screen 📺 when people order and you can view the person on camera. People don’t need any extra data harvesting thanks! I was told the district manager is in charge of this but I don’t have time to find out more to discuss. Apologies but have to put this now on Google reviews.

This was my second starbucks stop after the first closed early. The person taking the orders was rude and abrupt. Makes me think this store should have closed early too. Starbucks used to be the pinnacle of great service. Seems like that's not the case any longer.

Friendly, eager to serve staff. Drive thru, plenty of parking, easy to use app and iPhone and Google pay. I had a blonde COFFEE, just in case someone gets the wrong idea, and spinach and feta cheese wrap. Both were good 👍! Thanks to this Starbucks for having part of the plaza's road repaved! I wonder if they will build a Starbucks in Wakanda? Update: Sunday morning 🌅, January 2022; I tried the Banana 🍌 Pecan bread 🍞 with a cup of coffee ☕. Banana bread tasted good, but, no different from Circle ⭕ K. Coffee ☕ was okay.

I never leave reviews, but let me tell ya! I was at the drive trough line today at this location waiting to get my afternoon coffee when all of a sudden my car wouldn’t move , I started to freak out,there was a line behind me , I kept trying to get the car to move but it just wouldn’t , I could t move to the side because there was not enough space for me to go or any other car to pass by me so me and everyone el ese behind me were just stuck there!. All of a sudden the sweetest and kindest lady who works there came Out she was so sweet, she talked to me and helped me calm down and also helped me with my car! Litterally ! I was able to move forward and order my coffees, i couldn’t thank her enough , but wait there’s more ! I get to the window and I’m ready to Pay and Everyone there was like “we know you had a stressful moment and we want to make it better so we’re not going to charge you for your coffees ! Can you believe it?! A simple act of kindness goes a long way! It really really made my day, everyone was so polite and sweet , honestly customer service at its best ! To the sweet lady with the red Starbucks holiday vest thank you , you are so so sweet and kind and Im glad I was able to meet you <3

Great customer service! Everyone knows us by first name, however I’m giving it 3 stars based on product availability. Always out of products and never seem to be restocked. For such a fast pace location you would think they wouldn’t be out all the time.

There were only 3 cars ahead of me, and I waited 20 minutes just to get a cup of coffee… after the line has barely moved I decided to drive off. I can’t imagine waiting any longer for a single cup of coffee, the employees must be so slow here!
