My sister got a flat tire and drove over to Irving to get help. When she asked the guy inside he wouldn’t come and look at it and just told her the tech wasn’t in so he couldn’t help. Why does he need a tech to help someone put air in a tire?! He was very dismissive and unprofessional. We used to come here all the time for gas and other services. Not any more.

They charged me for a new battery. 2 weeks later it died. Had it towed to the dealership in Laconia ....they told me to get my money back as the battery that was put in my car was anything but new. It was used.

I just left this station - I was greeted by the nicest attendant that assisted me with a truck I wasn’t familiar with - he truly went above and beyond and made my day! Great customer service !! Thank you!!!!

Full-service station so gas is a bit more expensive, but the attendants are very helpful. I had a tight-fitting gas cap and they wire-brushed the opening, no extra charge.

I brought my Chevy Cruze into their station for a coolant issue. Due to unforseen issues my car wasn’t able to get repaired in time for me to leave to work. To my surprise the owner leant me his personal truck so I could make it to work. I work in Londonderry. I am incredibly thankful for them going above an beyond ! 👍
