Thank you Dr Ross for seeing my Zeus. And showing him love and compassion. Dr Ross and his staff were awsome with Zeus my 5 year old pitt bull that was very nervous seeing a Dr for the second time in his life. I could not havebeen more happy with the care he provided. He was recommended by my sister in-law when i could not get him in to see a Dr enywere. I drove from Bridgeport and the visit was well worth the trip.and did not bankrupt me.THANKS AGAIN DR.ROSS

Terrible experience, very rude when I went in there they where rushing and when I asked questions they where also rushing me. Not much advice. The tech was guy answered the phone when he told me the price of prescription, was very expensive told him. Then he hung phone up on me. Very rude practice for animals. Not good care if there rushing. Very rude I’m upset!!

My veterinarian for several years. Every staff member has always been so courteous and accommodating. Every time I call to refill my cats medication, the employee answering the phone almost immediately recognizes and remembers my cat by name. The genuine care and concern for my cats well being is always felt on my end. I cannot say enough about the team at Southbury Veterinary Hospital. I appreciate everything they’ve done and continue to do for my senior cat.

I have been going to Dr. Ross since we moved to Southbury 10 years ago. We have had multiple dogs cared for by the practice. During that time, our dogs have had medical problems big and small that Dr. Ross and the staff have taken care of so that we have been able to have the best possible outcome. I always feel like my dogs have the best care they can get. It is comforting to have a caring, knowledgeable doctor and staff when your pets have medical problems.

I moved to Naugatuck about two years ago and have seen a couple of different vets that I felt were more interested in making money than caring for my cats, but today I went to this one and was very pleased with them and the care they provided to my almost 15 year old kitty. It’s more of a drive for me but we’ll worth it. Plus they were much more reasonably priced than the others I had seen. I am so glad I found them and now know that my kitties will receive excellent care.
