I just dealt with Chris at AT&T store in Southbury. I had a lot of issues to contend with and I was extremely surprised that I was in and out of there in record time. I thought it would take forever but Chris was extremely accommodating, understanding, thorough, and professional. Great experience. Thank you Chris!

Southbury CT store has always been my favorite, but now meeting Sam I will NEVER go anywhere else or deal with anyone else anymore. To say he is amazing is an under statement. He was very polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He helped clean up our plan we were over paying on without unlimited data and separate insurance instead of family insurance, and we now a lot pay less for way more!!! I will be giving his name and singing his praises to everyone. I appreciate the time he took with my daughter and I and I couldn’t have left the store more happy! He should be recognized for how he goes above and beyond at his job! Thanks Sam!!!! 😊 you seriously are amazing!

Sam was extremely helpful upgrading my phone! I even sent my mom and sister back the next day to upgrade theirs. The experience was fast & easy and I enjoyed talking with him, and he even got us a better plan at a great rate! Ken also had some great info on comparing the different iPhone models, and comparing iPhone and Samsung. This is the only store I will go to in the future!

I will never use any other AT&T store, buecuase the whole team at the Southbury location are so amazing. I want to give a big shout-out to Kenneth was extremely helpful and patient with us. We came into the store to get help with a couple of this, he was able to address all of our need and also help me get a new phone. Also the manager Daniel was so nice and a really pleasure.
