We’ve been using Jack Binder and his team to rent our summer home in Avalon since 2015! We bought our home in the fall of 2014 through Jack Jr. and have been supported fantastically by Cindi Binder, Alicia Duffy and a whole team of capable and responsive agents since. They make recommendations, handle booking the property and field questions and concerns from renters before, during and after their rentals. They’re always on top of things, easy to work with and rarely take more than a few hours to answer an email or call. Makes renting our home easy peasy. And when we need help with finding a resource like a plumber or electrician, they’re right there with a good recommendation.
